4 A new Organization Wasaga Society for the Arts Concept to be reviewed and approved by the WSA Board: WSA Broker of Fundraising through its Charitable Status based on screening of an approved plan and involvement contribution from the affiliate Wasaga Film Festival There will still be a strong affiliation maintained with the Chamber although the legal and financial aspects will be managed through the WSA Wasaga Cultural Centre Typical Wasaga Beach Arts/Culture Group (affiliate)

5 Our Message to Arts and Culture Groups and Service Clubs in our Community The Wasaga Society of the Arts (WSA) consists of just a handful of dedicated people at this time faced with a tall order. There is an open invitation for Community Service Clubs and Arts and Culture Groups to come and join us to build its capacity and capability to reach our vision. At this point the Kennedy Comment is Ask not what the WSA can do for you but ask what can you do for the WSA Help us actually build the pie so we have something to share and provide for ourselves and others:

We have the opportunity to create a Business Video Directory for our town. The Chamber can help make APRIL - FILM MONTH- in Wasaga Beach every year and we will have the opportunity to feature our businesses during film month to help them GROW! The more support we get from the Chamber the more APRIL FILM MONTH becomes a reality and we open the Summer business season at least 7 weeks sooner. This allows the our community to strengthen the business case payback period from 90 days to 150 days that is more than a 50% increase in helping new businesses to locate in our town.

Films/Videos were from Wasaga Beach, Tiny Stratford, Barrie, Collingwood, Nottawa, Midland, Ottawa, Toronto, British Columbia, Newfoundland, United States of America, Australia, Israel, Egypt, United Kingdom, France, Ireland and Japan. WBSFF4 Online voting. View and Vote by the public Judges Online voting counts for 30%, Public View & Vote 40% and Judges 30%.
