After a hard look at our Budget and our approved projected budget, we feel we are able to offer an increased discount. to help make this possible. We need 1 more volunteer as we have 6 on the board and really need that Secretary (and an odd number). Please consider stepping up and helping us continue to make the upcoming season great. 2 Lorem Wiesbaden Ipsum wahoos EARLY REGISTRATION WATCH YOUR as early registration is about to open. Here are the details. 1. Registration will open this week (hopefully) and run until 1 August It will be online only. 2. It is for returning Swimmers and Families and invited New Spring Swimmers. 3. Family s who register online before 1 August 2018 and PAY IN FULL will receive an additional 10% discount on the total price (percentage rounded down to whole number). 4. The board and coaches believe we can have a capacity of 60 swimmers with 4 Groups. 5. Every Family pays a 100 EURO team registration fee. I was taught as a leader to never do math in public. WHITE / BLUE GROUPS = 330 Euro SILVER / GOLD GROUPS = 500 Euro 1. Family 1 has 2 White Group Swimmers. 100 Euro = Team Registration 330 Euro = 1 st White 2. Family 2 has 1 Gold and 1 Blue Group Swimmer. 100 Euro = Team Registration 500 Euro = Gold Swimmer 6. For multiple swimmers, each family receives a 10% discount for additional siblings (On the lesser amount). 7. To receive the additional 10% early registration discount Families must pay in full by 1 August If you prefer a payment plan divided among 5 Months (Ends 31 January 2019), please review our registration packet for specific details. 4 Wiesbaden wahoos April 2018, issue 1 BUDGET One of my campaign promises was to bring you an annual budget so you can see where your money goes. A big applause for Lynn Marshall who is continuing the great work of Holly Brazzle as the Treasurer. Currently our previous years budget, invoices, statements, etc. is with the Auditor as they help ensure we are in compliance as a private organization. The Audit is complete and we look forward to the results. Lynn has done a tremendous job of putting together a projected budget that we are comfortable with and we were able to vote on several key topics due to her hard work. Unfortunately, we are not ready to publish the annual budget for Families until the audit is complete in our hands. We want to make sure we crossed the T s and dotted the I s. However, the Projected Budget: 1. Allowed us to offer a discount to returning swimmers. Combined with new swimmers and fantastic fundraising ideas, we believe we have the funds to offer the discount. 2. Shortened our home meet schedule from 3 Meets + Battle in the Bubble to 2 Meets + Battle in the Bubble. We believe the schedule was packed enough and K-Town was basically like a home meet. Although home meets make money it also entails multiple volunteers. We think we have the money to cut down and allow you to Below is the basic budget.
