It is an honor for Lindsay to host the 2014 CVRSL All-Star Valley Finals. Lindsay Skimmers would like to extend a warm welcome to all of our visiting teams, families, and friends to Lindsay. We would like to celebrate the hard work of all CVRSL swimmers. Congratulations swimmers on making it to the 2014 CVRSL All-Star Valley Finals. We wish all the swimmers the very best today. 3 Itinerary Rules For Your Information Warm ups begin at 6:45 am Coaches meeting at 7:45 am Meet Officials/Stroke & Turn meeting at 8:00 am First Call at 8:30 am National Anthem 8:50 am Meet will begin at 9:00 am Lunch after event 38 CVRSL and USS rules and regulations will govern the meet. Entries The meet is pre-seeded from the Three (3) Time Trial results held on Saturday, July 12 with heats running from slowest first to fastest last. Coaches may submit scratches at the 7:45 am coaches meeting. Any swimmer who misses an individual event will be scratched from their next individual event. Submitting Grievances Warm-Ups & Cool Downs Stroke & Turn Timers & Recorders Spectator Area Staging Awards: The Head Coach is the Only person who may submit a question in writing to the Meet Referee within 30 minutes The 30 minutes is based on the time the Administrative Referee has written on the DQ slip.. Follow team warm-up schedule. ALL warm-up & cool downs Must be supervised by a coach. Abuse of these privileges by a team will result in that team losing their privileges. Each team is responsible for providing two stroke and turn officials. They are to meet on deck for their meeting at 8 am. Each team will provide 4 volunteers to time and record during their allotted time. Tents, umbrellas and ice chests are not allowed in the spectator areas. All Spectators will be on the 2 nd floor of the Aquatic Center. Accommodations for Handicapped are available. ALL Children must be accompanied by an adult on the 2 nd deck. NO Tobacco, alcohol, glass containers, sunflower seeds, or gum is allowed inside the Lindsay Aquatic Center. NO Tobacco or Alcohol is allowed in the city park (tent city) Camping on the 2 nd Deck in the spectator area is not allowed. Only those swimmers that have been through the staging process will be allowed on the deck. Coaches are not allowed to meet with swimmers in the block area. Please listen for first and second calls to get your swimmers to the staging area in time for their events. Lindsay Skimmer volunteers will line up the younger swimmers in the staging area and on deck for all their events. Parents or coaches will not be allowed in staging area to help. You must have a deck pass to be on the 1st floor deck area. Medals will be awarded to those swimmers who place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in their event. Ribbons will be awarded for those swimmers taking 4th -24th place in individual events and 4th -16th place in relays. Medals and ribbons will be available at the end of the meet for each team to pick up. Awards will not be released without payment. Checks should be made payable to CVRSL. Cost: Medals $3.40 Ribbons $0.38

4 T-Shirts & Programs Lunch Break Coaches There will be no pre-order t-shirts. Fine Designs will be onsite selling custom t- shirts. Programs will need to be preordered by 9 am on Thursday, July 17. There will be a 30 minute lunch break after event 38. Concessions will be open all day. Officials and 4 (Four) Coaches from each team will receive a lunch ticket. Redeem for a lunch at the hospitality room located on the map. The Pool will be open for warm-ups as long as there is a coach present. Four (4) deck passes and four (4) lunch passes will be given to each team. This will allow those coaches to sit in their designated Coaches area. Coaches are not allowed in the block area. Coaches will be permitted to insure that their swimmers get to the correct lane assignment and in the proper order but then Must go to designated coaches area before the start of the race and must not coach once on deck. Swimmer disqualification can occur if coaches violate the block area and coaching rule. *Tent City Tent city will be located directly east of the Aquatic Center. Each team will have a designated area and must provide their own shade. (Map included of team locations.) As a courtesy to other teams in the camp area we ask that no generators be used and no loud music be played. If swimmers and parents cannot hear the audio system they will be a risk of missing the calls for their events. Please use the Trash and Recycling receptacles that will be provided. We ask all teams to police your own areas and clean your site prior to leaving this Event. Thank you for your help. *Parking There are various parking locations available. RV parking is available after 5 PM only in the designated area. (A map is included). Concessions We will be serving a pancake breakfast and have a wide variety of breakfast items beginning at 7 am. Come check out our fabulous Concession stand filled with a variety of snacks and food. *Lindsay Skimmers nor the City of Lindsay will be responsible for any lost or stolen items. Direction 1.
