Jamestown will visit Fargo South in a non-conf. dual on Thursday. On Friday, Oct. 3, Century and Legacy hosts Fargo Shanley. Mandan hosts a mini meet with Dickinson, Williston and Gillette, WY. Five WDA swimmers or relays currently have the state s fastest qualifying times... Century has won three meets this season. Williston improved to 3-1 in duals following a road win over Bismarck High last week. The Coyotes then finished fourth out of seven teams at the Minot Invitational. The team had three top four finishes. The number of Century swimmers that currently have the the state s fastest qualifying times (100 breastroke: Carly 3 Palmer, 1:07.00; 200 IM: Vanessa Herrmann, 2:13.55; and 100 backstroke: Briana Rittenbach, 1:59.04). Herrman has the top time in the 200 IM and second best in the 500 freestyle and 100 breaststroke. Rittenbach has the top time in the 100 backstroke. Sether has the fourth best time in the 100 butterfly. DICKINSON: The Midgets will compete in a mini-meet in Mandan on Friday, Oct. 2 and then participate in the Mandan Invitational the following day. JAMESTOWN: The Blue Jays will face Fargo South in a non-conference dual on Thursday, Oct. 1. Last week, Jamestown took part in a five-team mini meet in Minot, finishing fourth with 352 points. Legacy competed in a mini meet in Minot last week, finishing fifth. The squad was seventh the next day at the Minot Invite. MANDAN: The Braves will host a four-team mini-dual on Friday, Oct. 2 and then their annual invitational on Saturday, Oct. 3. Mandan finished fifth last week at the Minot Invitational. Diver Chantell Mindt posted the top individual place for the Braves, finishing fourth in the 1M diving competition. She scored points. Olivia Lacher was sixth. Mayson Sheldon was sixth in the 100 breaststroke, 1: Mandan was also fifth in both the 200 medley and 200 freestyle relays. MINOT: The Majettes are idle this week. Minot is coming off a pair of third place finish at a mini meet on Oct. 2 and then was runner-up at its invitational on Oct. 3. At the mini meet, Emily Hamel won the 200 freestyle in a tiime of 2: A day later, Hamel won two events at the Minot Invite. She posted a winning time in the 50 freestyle, :24.95; and the 100 freestule, : Josie Gillund was first in the 500 freestyle, 5: The Majettes also was first in the 200 freestyle, 1: Hamel currently is ranked third in the state in the 50 freestyle and 100 freestyle. WILLISTON: The Coyotes will compete in Mandan this weekend, taking part in a mini-meet on Friday, Oct. 2 before competing in the Mandan Invite on Saturday, Oct. 3. Last week, the Coyotes won a dual at BHS, Williston won eight events. Jenny Logan won two events, the 100 breaststroke, 1:10.81; and 50 freestyle, Shannon Semenko won the 200 freestyle, 2: Sylver Lucero won the 500 freestyle, 6: Torgun Knudsen won the 200 individual medley, 2: Kathryn Olson won the 1M diving with a point total. Williston also won a pair of relays, winning the 400 freestyle, 4:01.76 and 200 relay, 2:00.20 At the Minot Invite, Williston finished fourth. Logan was runner-up in the 200 freestyle, 2: Semenko was fourth in the 100 backstroke, 1:05.40.

BISMARCK HIGH: The Demons will WDA foe Williston for a conference dual on Thursday, Sept. 24. BHS finished seventh at last week s UND Invite in Grand Forks. Emma Hepper paced the Demons, winning the 200 individual medley, 2:17.98; and placing fifth in the 100 butterly, 1: BHS 200 medley relay squad placed fifth, 2: A day earlier the Demons took part in a multi-dual with G.F. Central, G.F. Red River and Minot and finished third. CENTURY: The Patriots return to the pool this weekend, taking part in a multi-dual at Minot on Friday, Sept. 25 and then compete in the Minot Invite the following day. Century defeated Jamestown, , and Legacy, , in WDA dual competition last week. The Patriots won 11 of 12 events. The squad won four events, including a double win by Korie Riely in the 200 freestyle, 2:16.44; and 500 freestyle, 6: Brianna Ashworth also won the 200 individual medley, 2: The Midgets 400 freestyle relay also posted a winning time, 4: JAMESTOWN: The Blue Jays are scheduled to take part in a multi-dual in Minot on Friday, Sept. 25. Jamestown split a pair of duals last week at home, downing Legacy, , and losing to Century, The Blue Jays had one individual winner, Erin Hillerud, in the 1M diving competition, points. Jamestown had five runner-up finishes. Two by Madison Mandan, 50 freestyle and 100 freestyle. Jenny Allmer in the 500 freestyle. Taylor Bradley in the 100 breaststroke. The squad s 200 medley relay was second. LEGACY: The Sabers will compete in a multi-dual in Minot on Friday, Sept. 25 and then participate in the Minot Invite the following day. Last week, the Sabers dropped duals to WDA foes Jamestown, ; and Century, Bella Vilhauer posted Legacy s best performance, taking fourth in the 100 freestyle, 1: She was also sixth in the 50 freestyle. Becca Pennington was fifth in the 100 backstroke. Emma Modin was seventh in the 100 butterfly. Mandan split a pair of WDA road duals last week, falling at Minot, , before rebounding to top Dickinson, Against Minot, the Braves won two events. Mayson Sheldon won the 100 breaststroke, 1: Chantell Mindt was the 1M diving champion with a score of points. Against Dickinson, the Braves won eight events. The Patriots won three events at a multi-dual on Sept. 11 in Bismarck. Briana Rittenbach won the 500 freestyle (5:34.11). Carly Palmer won the 100 breaststroke (1:08.19) and the 400 relay won in a time of 3:51.28 At the Bismarck Invite the following day, Century placed fourth. Vanessa Herrmann had the top finish for the Patriots, winning the 200 individual medley, 2: Century placed in 10 events. The Patriots then hosted Dickinson and Legacy in a multi-dual on Sept. 15. Century won all 12 events. DICKINSON: The Midgets will host WDA foe Mandan in a dual on Friday, Sept. 18. Dickinson hosted Williston last week in its first-ever home dual as an independent program. The Midgets lost Dickinson won three events with Leah Grove winning two (100 backstroke, 1:08.88; 200 freestyle, 2:09.76). Dickinson also won the 200 freestyle relay, 1: At the Bismarck Invite, the Midgets finished 13th. Brianna Ashworth had the team s top finish (6th, 200 IM, 2:27.63). The Midgets placed in four events. Dickinson took part in a multi-dual at Century on Sept. 15. The Midgets top placewinners were: Katie Jankowski, (T2nd, 200 IM, 2:23.20) Haley Radakowski (T2nd, 100 freestyle, 1:03.01) and Brianna Ashworth (2nd, 100 breaststroke, 1:15.83) and Jaydin Decker (2nd, 1M diving, points). Camille Kawasaki (50 freestyle, :26.30) and Erin Hillerud (1M diving, points). Jamestown also took part in the Maroon and Gold Invite in Minneapolis on Sept. 12. E. Hillerud won the 1M diving event. LEGACY: The Sabers will return to the pool on Thursday, Sept. 17 to compete in a multi dual at Jamestown with Century. Last week, Legacy competed in a multi-dual on Sept. 11 and then placed 16th at the Bismarck Invite on Sept. 12. Legacy also took part in a multi-dual with Century and Dickinson. Legacy s top placewinner was Becca Pennington (2nd, 100 freestyle, 1:03.01). MANDAN: The Braves will visit WDA newcomer Dickinson in a dual on Friday, Sept. 18. Mandan last week finished 10th at the Bismarck Invite. Mayson Sheldon posted the best finish (5th, 100 breaststroke, 1:13.25). Mandan placed in seven events. The Braves then lost to Minot, , in a dual on Sept. 15. Mandan won a pair of events. Chantel Mindt (1M diving, points); and Mayson Sheldon (100 breaststroke, 1:14.94).
