3 Introduction Welcome to the (CCL) The is a fun and exciting competition involving all 182 of our locations across Canada. During this four-week contest, stores will compete in a series of points-based challenges to earn glory, fame, and cash prizes. The : All and Go Game & Toy locations are divided into divisions Your store staff are your team stores per division 12 divisions, named after the astrological signs Division lists can be found on the CCL website (see next page for login information) The Competition: 4 weeks 5 challenges per week * Daily UPT * UPT Wednesdays * Battle Rounds * Photo Mondays * Promotion Challenges 3

8 The Game Every week, stores will compete as part of a division through a series of challenges to earn points. CHALLENGES It is all about how much you sell measured in UPT (Units Per Transaction) Daily UPT Points Every unit you sell goes towards your daily UPT Points: your daily UPT are your points. A UPT of 1.6 will give you 1.6 points. Hint: as UPT is an average of all of your day s transactions, remember to ask customers about Gus! Adding the bear will increase any single unit transaction to a 2! UPT Wednesdays Stores will battle it out on who can achieve the highest UPT on Wednesdays Points : Store with the highest UPT gets the most points Battle Rounds Each weekend, divisions will compete in a 3-day sales challenge (Fri-Sun) to see who can sell the most units Points : The store that sells the most units gets the most points Photo Mondays Stores submit specific photos to get points See weekly challenges for photo requirements All photos must be submitted by the SUNDAY of each challenge week to be eligible Photo Submission: Log on to the CCL Website Click the Photo Monday Tab Choose the week you are submitting a photo for and click the Upload Button - This will bring you to a Drop Box image request. Choose the photo you want to send. Enter First Name as Store Number and Last Name as Mall Name and your Points : each photo is worth 1 point Bonus Point: Send in all 4 photos = 1 bonus point 8 (HINT: you can submit your photos at anytime during the competition as long as it is in before the weekly deadline get ahead of the game and submit 2, 3 or all 4 photos during the first week!)

The top promotional seller for each division will be awarded the Stellar Promotion Seller award and a cash prize. Reach all your promotional goals to get bonus points! Bonus Points are added to your total score and apply towards your total for Store of the Year. 1. Send in all 4 photo Mondays = 1 bonus point 2. Achieve all your store Calendars, Game & Toy promotional goals over the 4 weeks = 1 bonus point 3. Achieve your 4 week bear promotional goal (40 bears) = 1 bonus point HINT: bonus points can be the tie breaker for store of the year! 9

11 Prizes Most Valuable Store of the Week- $200 CASH prize Each week all stores will be competing within their division for the coveted prize of Most Valuable Store (MVS). The store that earns the highest number of points throughout the competition will be awarded the MVS of their Division and the $200 cash prize. * That is 48 MVS prizes 1 store from each of the 12 Divisions EVERY week can win MVS. Store of the Year- $2,000 CASH prize The store with the highest accumulated points at the end of the 4 weeks of competition will be awarded Store of the Year and a $2,000 cash prize. Bonus Cash Prizes Stellar Promotion Seller A $100 Cash prize will be awarded to EACH division s top promotion store in the 5 promotions running during the CCL Nov 20 Dec 17: Most Bear Promotions Sold Nov 20 Dec 17: Most Envelope Promotions Sold Nov 30 Dec 2: Most Dog & Animal Promotions Sold Dec 7 - Dec 9: Most Puzzle Promotions Sold Dec 16 Dec 18: Most Calendar Gift Wrap Promotions Sold * That is 60 Bonus prizes 1 store from each of the 12 Divisions EVERY promotion has the chance to win.
