9 Long Term Congestion Alternatives Consultants were tasked with recommending: Long Term Alternatives at Signalized Intersection (New Signalized Configuration, Roundabouts, Flyover / OverPass, etc.) Analyzing the existing transit operations and options for expansion, modifications, and new opportunities for consideration Evaluating the signal timing i at Fort Pickens and Via De Luna Intersection for optimal traffic management (seasonal timing modifications, time of day plans, etc.) Other improvements projects that would relieve vehicular traffic (e.g. Multi-use paths, Park N Rides, etc.)
