5 Do you cover expenses for travel to and from the airport, train station, accommodations, or venues? We are sorry, but our budget is unable to cover these expenses. Where do I park at Christchurch Cathedral? Parking is available in the lot to the east of the Cathedral accessed from Sparks Street. Limited weekday parking is available. Please register your vehicle at the reception desk if you are parking in the lot during the week. The Cathedral can be accessed during the week via glass entranceway at 414 Sparks Street which is wheelchair accessible. There is a wheelchair lift inside this entrance. This entrance and the lift are staffed by a sidesperson on Sundays and for special services and concerts. During the week, please call ahead to the Cathedral Office if you will require the wheelchair lift. Where do I park at the Sir John A. Macdonald Building? Please do not plan to park at the Sir John A. Macdonald Building. In order to park, all vehicles, drivers, and passengers must be registered before being granted admittance, and regulations require strict arrival and departure times. Also, the wait to gain access can be long, and delays may occur despite the best efforts of all involved. Please take a taxi, Uber, or local bus. If you prefer to walk, we highly recommend this as your route will take you past Byward market and other Ottawa landmarks. Your event package will include a map of the downtown area to help you navigate. Where can I keep my luggage on the third day if I have to catch a train or flight right after the Summit ends? You may bring your luggage with you, and it will be stored by building security for you at no charge. Please note that your luggage and any personal items such as purses, briefcases, laptops and backpacks will be scanned electronically, similar to clearing security at the airport. Any luggage larger than a carry-on size is subject to a manual search if it does not fit through the scanner. What is the event schedule? We will be starting early each day. Registration is open until May 22, Travel bursaries are no longer available. Are meals provided at the Summit?

6 Yes, we will be providing breakfast and lunch for all three days of the Summit. The refreshments will be catered by Ottawa s Café Deluxe. Do you offer per diems for meals outside the Summit? We are sorry, but our budget cannot accommodate per diems for meals outside the Summit hours, or meals during travel. Where are some delicious places to eat dinner? Byward Market is located within walking distance of the Rideau Residence, Christchurch Cathedral and Parliament Hill. Yes, we will have ASL interpretation throughout all three days and Francophone interpretation on the third day of the Summit, June 8 th.
