Uniontown, Ohio (FAX) Purpose: To recognize members of the Green Local Schools Community to enhance our tradition and motivate others in excellence. It is our mission that the creation of a Hall of Fame will strengthen the bond between the school, the community and the Green Alumni. Athletic Categories for Enshrinement (Sponsored by the Green All-Sports Booster Club) Athletes Must have graduated from Green High School. Must be out of high school at least 5 years. Must have earned a letter in at least one sport. Must have ended his or her career in good standing. Must have made significant achievement in high school, college, amateur, or professional sports. Must continue to be an solid citizen who did and still represents the values of Green athletics, good sportsmanship and citizenship. Team Must have earned significant awards, championships recognition and honors as a team. Must have been concluded final season at least 5 years before consideration. Coaches Past or current coaches whose career records include teams that have been consistently successful in terms of competitiveness, awards, recognition, and championships. Must continue to exemplify the values of good sportsmanship and citizenship. Administrators Past or current athletic administrators who have substantially and successfully advanced the quality of Green Athletic programs and the goals of those programs in the community. Community Members Individuals who have rendered conspicuous meritorious service to, and have been loyal supporters of Green High School athletics. Individuals or organizations that have made substantial contributions to the enrichment of the learning experience, classroom and/or extra-curricular in the Green Local Schools. Note: Substantial contribution is not defined as monetary. Greenbulldogathlethics.com. All nominees will be reviewed, discussed and placed on a ballot by the Hall of Fame Induction Committee. Inductees and the press will be notified by June 1st, Information regarding Induction Ceremonies and the Hall of Fame Banquet will be sent out at that time as well.
