5 WHO WE ARE Founded on 06th November 2013, company Golden Goal Sports Management managed in these several years to become reputable and respectable partner in fields of football scouting, consulting and management. Many football clubs, football agents and agencies recognized in our company serious and reliable partner. Also, with football players ~ our clients we are trying to build and maintain strong relation based on mutual trust and friendship. Main company goal in following years will be to become real international company with quality links in many countries. 5

8 OUR TEAM Ogun ERDEM Ogun founded Golden Goal Sports Management in november Worked many years as consultant to players and clubs. Ogun activated his players agent license in 2012 and brokered many deals since. He now works with players, coaches, clubs and associations throughout Europe, Australia, the Middle East, Asia and South America. Ogun is head of operations at the company. Dejan MICIC Dejan entered the sports management issue at Dejan joined Golden Goal Sports Management at november 2013 and he is director of Serbia branch of the company. He is responsible for player representation, commercial management in the company and also currently operating companies youth player project. Dejan is companies expert for European region. 8

9 OUR TEAM Aykut YILDIRIM Aykut has huge experience in sports media. Worked for many big companies during his reporter and columnist career. Expert at social media and image management. Decided to join Golden Goal Sports Management at november Currently responsible for player representation and image managements of the clients. Loran VAYLOYAN Before his engagement as manager and organizer of one of biggest Turkish TV stations, Loran worked as sport reporter. His work is characterized by great professionalism. Joined Golden Goal Sports Management since its foundation. In our company Loran is in charge for mentorship to clients and relation between players and clubs. Predrag ASANOVIC Predrag has more than 20 years of experience in world of football industry. Involved in many player engagements, many of them were from FC Red Star Belgrade to international clubs. Joined Golden Goal Sports Management team on summer Preedrag role in our company is transfer consulting and support on Balkan area countries. 9

Also, at the request of the clubs, and through our network of partners and associates worldwide, we founded the relevant players for them. Since the founding we have intermediate and been involved in many successfully finished football player engagements worldwide. Many players have have entrusted us their careers in past period. Also, many football clubs, agents and agencies have recognized in us partners on whom they can always rely. We hope that in following years our company will continue to grow and prosper. 19
