4 FA Girls Regional Talent Clubs The FA Girls England Talent Pathway allows female players opportunities to access appropriate levels of coaching and support throughout the talent pathway, enabling the programme to reach our ultimate goal, in producing elite English female players to compete on the world stage. The structure in place aims to support in the identification, development and progression of players with the potential and aspiration to play for the England Women s Senior team. Within Merseyside we have two FA Girls Regional Talent Clubs with Everton &. Both Clubs cater for 10, 12, 14 & 16 ages, with teams playing in grassroots and national leagues. Players gain access to the RTCs through a trial process (only held in June). Open & In Service Evenings are held throughout the season for grassroots clubs and coaches.
