3 ORLANDO CITY SC vs COLUBUS CREW SC ORLANDO CITRUS BOWL, Orlando, Fla. ay, (WEEK, LS Game #9) 7: p.m. ET (y6 / FS-FL; TWC-OH) A crucial match in the Eastern Conference is ahead when Orlando City SC and Columbus Crew SC meet for the second time this season, on Saturday evening at the Citrus Bowl. The teams are separated by just two points in the tight divisional table, Crew SC holding the better position. Orlando City return home following a - draw at the San Jose Earthquakes last weekend, while Crew SC extended their home undefeated streak in a - draw with the Chicago Fire. Crew SC took a - win over Orlando City in the first meeting between the teams in Columbus. REFEREE: Silviu Petrescu. FUTURE ATCH: 8/: Orlando City SC vs. Columbus Crew SC, 7: p.m. ET Coaches record: Gregg Berhalter vs. ORL: P W L T Adrian Heath vs. CLB: P W L T LAST EETING (LS) 4/8: CLB, ORL (Higuain ; eram ; Kamara 6) Crew SC broke through in the nd minute. Ethan Finlay found space to the left of the Orlando defense and slid a ball inside toward Federico Higuain at the near post, who deftly flicked the ball around his back leg and into the opposite corner of the OCSC goal. Orlando City went a man down in the 4th minute when Rafael Ramos was ejected by referee Ricardo Salazar after flying into a challenge with Crew SC defender Waylon Francis with his studs raised high. Crew SC finally took advantage in the th minute. Kei Kamara caught Cristian Higuita dribbling in his own box and won a challenge to send the ball rolling to Justin eram, who took a dribble and pounded a hard shot past City goalkeeper Donovan Ricketts from close range. The lead was - just five minutes later. Higuain slid a long ball directly through the Orlando defense to spring Kamara behind. As Ricketts closed, the striker popped a perfectly weighted chip over the goalkeeper's head for the final scoreline. COLUBUS CREW SC (4---): Steve Clark - Hernan Grana, ichael Parkhurst, Emanuel Pogatetz, Waylon Francis (Chris Klute 6) - ohammed Saeid, Tony Tchani - Ethan Finlay (Hector Jimenez 79), Federico Higuain, Justin eram (Kristinn Steindorsson 7) - Kei Kamara. ORLANDO CITY SC (4--): Donovan Ricketts - Rafael Ramos (ejected 4), Aurelien Collin, Seb Hines (Eric Avila 6), Brek Shea - Cristian Higuita, Amobi Okugo, Darwin Ceren - Kevin olino (Carlos Rivas 79), Cyle Larin (Tyler Turner 6), Kaka. ORLANDO CITY SC Orlando City SC made it two games without loss, reaching a - draw with the San Jose Earthquakes on Sunday afternoon at Levi s Stadium. Orlando City is in a tie for fifth place in the Eastern Conference with points from matches. LAST ATCH The game burst to life six minutes after the halftime restart, when Orlando City midfielder Brek Shea was shown a straight red card by referee Allen Chapman for a studs-up challenge on Quakes midfielder Sanna Nyassi. But Orlando City were the first to strike. Quakes goalkeeper David Bingham came off his line to challenge Cyle Larin in the box, missing the ball but making solid contact with the Orlando City forward, and referee Chapman pointed to the spot. Kaka buried the ensuing penalty kick to give the Lions the 64th-minute lead. LS GAE INFORATION

4 Four minutes later, San Jose tied things up with a penalty kick goal of their own, after OCSC's Darwin Ceren fouled Jordan Stewart inside the penalty area. Chris Wondolowski caught goalkeeper Tally Hall guessing the wrong way and calmly rolled home the spot kick for the th league goal of his LS career. OCSC head coach Adrian Heath made no changes to the team that rolled to a 4- victory against the LA Galaxy at the Citrus Bowl. ORLANDO CITY SC (4---): Tally Hall - Rafael Ramos, Seb Hines, Sean St. Ledger, Luke Boden - Cristian Higuita, Darwin Ceren - Eric Avila (Amobi Okugo 87), Kaka, Brek Shea (ejected ) - Cyle Larin (artin Paterson 84). TEA NEWS Orlando City ended a two-game losing streak on the road with the draw at San Jose, after taking points from their first three games away from the Citrus Bowl. Obviously when you played for minutes with men, you can t be greedy, OCSC head coach Adrian Heath said. Obviously going ahead and then giving a penalty four minutes later, you re disappointed. But on the whole, you have to say it was a fair reflection of the game. Said fullback Luke Boden: I think the gaffer and the team are disappointed. We dropped two points that we could have had. Coming home with one is a bit of a disappointment. Kaká scored his fifth goal of the season his second in as many games, and third in a row from a converted penalty kick. Brek Shea made a fourth consecutive start in a wide midfield role, but he will be out for the Columbus match after being sent off early in the second half at San Jose. "I just thought we had a little bit more to give and we could've taken the initiative and taken the lead," said Heath. To play most of the second half with men, you have to be pleased with a point. But at halftime, I was disappointed that we didn't take the initiative a little bit more, and I thought if we had stayed with men we would've gotten something more than a point. Tally Hall made his second consecutive start between the posts, with a win and a draw, and one goal allowed (from a penalty kick) in his two outings. The center backs played well, and the full backs gave them good support, Heath said. The guys in front of them worked ever so hard stopping quality balls coming into the box. COLUBUS CREW SC Columbus Crew SC extended their home undefeated streak to four games, but were still hauled back into a late - draw with the Chicago Fire on Friday evening at apfre Stadium. Crew SC are in fourth place in the Eastern Conference with points from matches. LAST ATCH Crew SC opened the scoring in the eighth minute from lightning-quick buildup play. Justin eram started the sequence with a quick turn near the top of the box, slipping a pass through the defense to Ethan Finlay out wide, who put a ball directly to the foot of the waiting Kei Kamara, and he tapped home from close range. Crew SC and Kamara doubled their count minutes into the second half, this time from a set piece. Federico Higuain delivered an outswinging corner kick to the head of Kevan George, who redirected the ball at the near post across the six-yard box perfectly for Kamara to thump a header past Fire goalkeeper Jon Busch. Barely three minutes later, the Fire used their speed to pull a goal back. Kennedy Igboananike flew up the left side and crossed a deflected ball to David Accam, who calmly nodded the ball into the opposite corner from the top of the six as Crew SC goalkeeper Steve Clark was rooted to his spot The equalizer came four minutes into stoppage time. Fullback Eric Gehrig launched a last-ditch cross toward the heart of the area, and substitute Jason Johnson nodded a well-placed header past Clark to leave the teams sharing the points. Crew SC head coach Gregg Berhalter made two changes to the team that dropped a - decision to the San Jose Earthquakes at Avaya Stadium. Chris Klute came into the back four in place of Hector Jimenez, and Kevan George started in midfield for the suspended ohammed Saeid. COLUBUS CREW SC (4---): Steve Clark - Chris Klute, ichael Parkhurst, Emanuel Pogatetz, Waylon Francis - Tony Tchani, Kevan George - Ethan Finlay (Kristinn Steindorsson 7), Federico Higuain (Ben Speas 87), Justin eram - Kei Kamara (Aaron Schoenfeld 9). TEA NEWS Crew SC saw their three-game home winning streak come to an end, though they are now unbeaten in four in Columbus following the draw with Chicago. I think it was uncharacteristic of our team to give up a goal like that [first one]. It virtually came out of nothing; a deflection and we weren t tight enough in the box. Their player heads it in and - gave them a little bit of life, said Crew SC boss Gregg Berhalter. If I m disappointed in one thing with this group it s that we didn t score the third goal, because it was there. It was there for the taking and we didn t get it done. LS GAE INFORATION

5 Crew SC also allowed two goals in a game for the fourth consecutive match, having gone -- over that stretch. We re not happy with that [performance] and we re not happy conceding two goals in [each of] the last four games. We want to improve, said Berhalter. Defending is a team game. Any goal that happens starts somewhere and you want to be able to pinpoint that. We re looking at team defending. Kei Kamara scored two goals in a game for the third time this season the second time in the last three matches and now has nine goals this season, leading the LS Golden Boot standings. It was Kamara s ninth multiple-goal game in his LS career. He was good. He held the ball up. Kei is doing really well. He gets on the end of stuff and I thought he could have had three if he was a little bit luckier in a couple situations in the first half getting behind their line. He s good; he s a handful, said Berhalter. Kevan George made his first start of the season, coming into the deep-lying central midfield role in place of the suspended ohammed Saeid, and collected the first assist of his LS career, in his th appearance over four seasons. We wanted him to take care of [Shaun] aloney in transition. That was a key element of our game plan but I thought he did well, said Berhalter. It s not easy; they put a lot of pressure on us towards the end and he was doing OK. Chris Klute made his first start since April, coming in at right back. His last appearance had been ay, when he was a halftime substitute. Hector [Jimenez], for medical reasons, wasn t able to take part in this game. It made our choice [to be] between Chad [Barson] and Chris [Klute]. We felt like with David Accam and his speed, we thought Chris would be a good matchup, said Berhalter. I think defensively in v duels, for the most part, Chris handled himself very well. Towards the end I think he got a little bit fatigued but for the most part he was strong. Ethan Finlay collected his sixth assist of the season in setting up the first Kamara goal, and began the week in second place in the LS assist standings with six for the season, one behind KC s Benny Feilhaber. On Wednesday, Crew SC suffered a - loss to Valencia CF of Spain in a friendly played in Columbus. The game s lone goal came from Alvaro Negredo in the rd minute. Berhalter ran out two different teams for each half, with the exception of goalkeeper Brad Stuver: first half: Brad Stuver; Hector Jimenez, Kalen Ryden, Tyson Wahl, Waylon Francis; Kevan George, Tony Tchani; Romain Gall, Federico Higuain, Justin eram; Kei Kamara; second half: Brad Stuver; Chad Barson, Sergio Campbell, Emanuel Pogatetz, Chris Klute; Ben Swanson, ohammed Saeid; Ben Speas, Adam Bedell, Kristinn Steindorsson; Aaron Schoenfeld LS GAE INFORATION

OUT: Tony Cascio (day-to-day) (as of ay 7th, ) Brek Shea - game (Red Card) INJURY REPORT SUSPENSIONS PROBABLE STARTING LINEUP TALLY HALL HEAD COACH ADRIAN HEATH Adrian Heath is widely considered one of the best managers plying his trade in the United States. At Orlando, he has fashioned an attractive, free scoring team which has dominated minor league soccer for the past four years, with three Regular Season titles and two Championships, and a handful of impressive performances against ajor League Soccer teams in the US Open Cup. Such success attracted the attention of several LS clubs but in Heath rebuffed the advances of bigger clubs committing himself to the team he has helped build. During his playing days, Heath was known for always giving percent, and that s something he demands from his own players. Supporters want to see you play like they think they would play if they had the opportunity, said Heath. There s no excuse for not leaving every last bit of energy on the field. Heath s playing career started with Stoke City in 979, where he played three seasons. He appeared in 9 games, scoring 6 goals. He joined Everton in 98, where he became the club s top scorer in his first full season. He continued to flourish in Everton s system, scoring in double figures in every season until 988. After leaving Everton, Heath spent the rest of his career on various clubs around Europe. He played for Espanyol in Spain for just a year in 989. Heath then returned to England and joined anchester City in 99, where he enjoyed a successful three years with the club. He appeared in 7 games with City and scored four goals. Heath played for Stoke City again for a brief stint in 99 before joining Burnley in the latter part of the year. During his three seasons at Burnley, he appeared in games and scored 9 goals. After leaving Burnley for Sheffield United in 996, he came back to the Clarets in 997, where he played his final season.
