Enclosed you will find information regarding the tournament, local hotels and restaurants, as well as a campus map and city map. Also included is medical information from our training staff and other important information. Included in this manual is a Team Information Form that will need to be filled out and faxed or ed back as soon as possible. We look forward to seeing you at Mark Light Stadium. Laundry: Laundry service is available. Please contact Robert McDaniel at (305) to arrange laundry needs. Practice: There will be four practice times available at Mark Light Stadium on Thursday, June 2 nd. There will be an hour and fifteen-minute time limit on practice in which your team must be off the field by the end of your time. Inclement Weather: Any change in the Game schedule due to inclement weather, will be determined by the NCAA staff, Head umpire, and Tournament Manager Credentials: Coaching staff and players in uniform will not need credentials to enter the stadium and field area. However all other staff and any administrators will need credentials to gain entry into the stadium and field area. Please include the number of credentials you will need on the Team Information Form that is to be returned back to the University of Miami.

6 Tickets and Player Pass List: Regional Tickets can be purchased at hurricanesports.com or by calling GOCANES. No comps for families of players and coaches. Each team can provide the University of Miami ticket office with a pass list but your athletic department will be billed for the number of tickets given out. Public will call is located at the main gate and will open 1 hour prior to the first pitch of the first game each day. Team guests will call is located at the third base date and will open 1 hour prior to the first pitch of the first game each day. To assure that your stay is a pleasurable one, we would like to inform you of the University of Miami Medical Services that will be available to you. There will be a certified athletic trainer on site for all games, as well as physicians present or on call. You will have access to the athletic training room at the Hecht Athletic Center for treatments. A certified athletic trainer or athletic training student will accompany you to make sure you have what you need. 12 Map of Area Surrounding University of Miami Directions to Mark Light Stadium: FROM THE CITY & POINTS NORTH: Take I-95 South until it becomes U.S. 1. Continue south about 5.5 miles to SW 57th Ave. (a.k.a. Red Road). Turn right onto SW 57th Ave. and make another immediate right turn onto Ponce de Leon Blvd. At the first light, turn left onto San Amaro Dr. (a.k.a. - Hurricane Drive). Mark Light Stadium is on the Corner of Ponce de Leon and San Amaro Dr. FROM RT. 826 (A.K.A. PALMETTO EXPWY) & POINTS WEST: Take Rt. 826 and exit Miller Dr. (a.k.a. SW 56th St.). Turn left and continue until it dead ends at the University and San Amaro Drive. Turn right onto San Amaro Drive. Mark Light Stadium will be on your left hand side. FROM MIAMI AIRPORT: Take Exit marked Coral Gables/LeJeune Rd. Exit onto LeJeune and head south until it intersects Ponce de Leon Blvd. (just before the Metrorail). Turn right and go 1.7 miles to San Amaro Dr. (a.k.a. Hurricane Dr.). Mark Light Stadium is on the corner of Ponce de Leon and San Amaro Dr.
