5 IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION Parking: Bus and tractor-trailer parking is located in the lot on the north side of the school. Pit truck parking is located on the south side of the school by the entrance near the tennis courts. If the band plans to stay for the awards ceremony, all equipment trucks need to be relocated to the overflow parking at DePaolo Middle School and the Calendar House. Turn right at the Pit truck parking exit and follow signs for shuttle bus parking. Shuttle busses are available. Refer to the map provided. Restrooms: Upon band arrival, restrooms are available in the cafeteria and art room and can be accessed through the front of the school. Restrooms are also located at the stadium next to the Pit entrance. Member Re-Entry: Hand stamps will be given out as band members depart from their buses. Tickets: Tickets will be $12 for adult, and $7 for students and seniors. Tickets can be purchased at admissions at the field gate. Warm Up: Two warm up areas are located in the front of the school. The quiet warm up area is located in a field behind the stadium on the visitor stands side. Refer to the map provided. Field Surface: The field is artificial turf, and will have high school hashes present. Power on field: There will be a power source located on the 50-yard line. Competition Suite: Adjudicator commentary for all USBands ensembles can be located in Competition Suite shortly after the conclusion of each ensemble's performance. Directors may grant access to the ensemble s portal with staff/instructors, and may request help from USBands representatives to resolve any issues accessing Competition Suite. Retreat/Critique: For retreat, Report to North End Zone - Arrange by Band Class/type. Critique will be in the hospitality area (located in the freshman cafeteria). There will be one critique at the end of the night. Awards: Trophies will be given out. Concessions: Concessions will be located at the outdoor concession stand. Credentials/Access: USBands credentials are needed to enter the field and the hospitality room. Photography: There will not be a third-party photographer at this event.
