4 IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION Parking: Trucks and buses will enter Bartlem Park and park in the parking lot on the left side. Trucks will park in Lane 1. Buses will park in Lane 2. Spectator parking can be found in the various lots on the Cheshire High School grounds. Restrooms: At Bartlem Park, restroom facilities are in the park to the west of the parking lot. Percussion and Guard members should use these facilities prior to being bused to their warm-up areas closer to the school. Inside the stadium, port-o-lets can be found to the left of the First Aid station. Tickets: Tickets are $10.00 for adults, $5 for senior citizens and students. Children under age 6 are free. Warm Up: Warmups will occur in various places around Cheshire High School and Bartlem Park. Brass and Woodwinds will warmup in Bartlem Park. Pit Percussion, Battery, and Color Guards will warmup at Cheshire High School. Please review the attached maps for a detailed explanation of the warmup process. Field Surface: The field is artificial turf and will have high school hashes. Competition Suite: Adjudicator commentary for all USBands ensembles can be located in Competition Suite shortly after the conclusion of each ensemble's performance. Directors may grant access to the ensemble s portal with staff/instructors, and may request help from USBands representatives to resolve any issues accessing Competition Suite. Retreat/Critique: Drum Majors will meet at the Performance Gate at the start of the final performance. Critique will take place in the Auditorium near the Band Room at the conclusion of the show. Concessions: Refreshments for your band will be available for purchase at the Auxiliary Food tent at the post-performance area as well as at the Main Food tent in the spectator area.
