4 IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION Parking: Spectator parking will be at Maloney High School (via shuttle bus) and Thomas Edison Middle School. There is no parking via the Falcon Field entrance on Westfield Road (this area is for pit trucks only). All Directors, Show Staff, USBands Staff and for handicapped parking please use the front Washington Middle School lots. Restrooms: Located in the field house adjacent to concessions. Restrooms are also available near warm-up Member Re-Entry: Student band uniforms are their ticket back into the event. Staff should have lanyards Tickets: $12 per person, $10 for students and seniors Warm Up: Busses and trucks arrive to Thomas Edison Middle School unload students and wind/brass/battery. Students (except pit members) stay at Thomas Edison for warm-up. Pit members go with a student escort or take the shuttle bus to the pit warm-up area. Field Surface: Turf Power on field: Available at sideline Competition Suite: Adjudicator commentary for all USBands ensembles can be located in Competition Suite shortly after the conclusion of each ensemble's performance. Directors may grant access to the ensemble s portal with staff/instructors, and may request help from USBands representatives to resolve any issues accessing Competition Suite. Retreat/Critique: Report to the gate at the start of the last ensemble performance. Please see the director master schedule for your assigned yard line Awards: Trophies Souvenirs/Merchandise: Some small band related memorabilia will be for sale Concessions: Under the large white tent across the field Credentials/Access: Hospitality is limited to band staff members.
