3 Page 2 4. South Lake will use the Official Little League Volunteer Application form to screen all of our volunteers. 5. South Lake will run criminal background checks on all volunteers through the First Advantage website. 6. Fundamentals Training: 02/24/18 South Lake will require at all manager/coach from each team to attend. Training will be held at Park Pal prior to drafts. 7. First Aid Training: 02/24/18 AED/First Aid training course is during the coaching clinic. All manager/coach from each team to attend.

4 Page 3 8. Coaches will be required to walk/ inspect the fields prior to practices and games. Umpires will also be required to walk the fields for hazards before each game. 9. South Lake has completed and updated our Facility Survey online. 10. The Equipment Manager will inspect equipment prior to the season. Coaches / Umpires will regularly inspect equipment for repair or replacement during the season. 11. South Lake will use reduced impact balls appropriate to age and division. 12. South Lake uses disengage-able bases for all fields.

5 Page South Lake uses protective padded fence tops on all fields. 13. An AED is located in the board room to immediate left of door. 14. South Lake uses a weather detection system to warning of approaching weather conditions. 15. The City of Clermont has established traffic control speed and flow patterns around the park. 16. South Lake requires and encourages all players to wear protective cups.

6 Page South lake has implemented a prompt accident reporting and tracking system. Board members / coaches / volunteers are trained in procedures during the coaches clinic prior to season start. 18. South Lake has First-Aid kits readily available in the concession stand, board room, equipment room, and maintenance storage. 19. South Lake enforces all Little League rules pertaining to equipment and accessories. 20. South Lake will submit all player / team / volunteer data to Little league through the Little League Data Center. 21. South Lake will submit a qualified safety plan registration form.
