3 Pinkerton (10-0) def. Londonderry (4-4) 9-0 Girls Tennis Tuesday, May 1st, 2018 Varsity; Pinkerton 9 - Nashua North 0 On 5/2/18 the Lady Astros upped their season record to 5-4, with a convincing 9-0 win over the Lady Titans of Nashua North. Leading the way for the Astros in a sweep of singles, were Captains Riley Reinert and Chloe Freedman, who added a dominant doubles win as well. Junior Madison Allen battled back from a 4-1 deficit to earn an 8-6 victory at # 3 singles. Other singles winners on the day were juniors Katie Allen and Leah Sears. Sophomore Victoria Hodosi closed out the sweep for the Astros with an impressive 8-1 win at # 6 singles. The Astros went on to sweep of doubles as well. Singles: 1. Allen/Victoria Hodosi 8-1 Saturday, May 5th, 2018 Varsity: Pinkerton 7 - Londonderry 2 On 5/5/18 the Lady Astros improved their season record to 6-4, with a decisive 7-2 win over the Lady Lancers of Londonderry. Leading the way for the Astros was Co - Captain Chloe Freedman, who rolled to an 8-0 win at #2 singles. This was the third

4 straight and fifth out of the last six singles wins for the Sophomore standout. She then earned her second victory on the day with convincing 8-2 win at #1 doubles. The Astros went on to close out the match in singles with victories by juniors Julia Farnum, Madison Allen, Julia Youkstetter and Leah Sears. as well. Junior Madison Allen battled back from a 4-1 deficit to earn an 8-6 victory at # 3 singles. Madison Allen and Leah Sears continued their fine doubles play with a win at #2. Nashua North was first with 90,Concord placed second with 82 points and Pinkerton scored 67 points. Contributing to their 67 points were the following: 100m - Avery Battle 2nd and Ryan Dane m - Ben Fleming 1st 24.0 and Colton Boursier 6th m - Zach Plaza 3rd 2: Nate Letellier 6th. 10: IH - Conor Seleny 1st x100m relay - 1st ( Avery Battle,Ryan Dane,Patrick Cotnoir and Conor Seleny)

6 4x200m relay - 3rd 1:43.46 (Devin Ollman,David Swenson, Joe Walsh and Colton Boursier) High Jump - 5th Colton Boursier 5 6 Long Jump - 3rd Avery Battle and Pat Cotnoir Shot Put - Nick Lampro Girls Track & Field Tuesday, May 1st, 2018 Varsity: Pinkerton 1st The girls track team hosted Salem, Sommersworth, and Spaulding at the only home meet of the season. During the meet, The seniors on the team were recognized and congratulated for their contributions to Astros track. Pinkerton easily won the meet, scoring 129 points to Salems's 41 in second place. The Lady Astros had three double winners. Ameila Graves ran the shorter races for a change, and won both the 100 and 200 meters. Adrianna Buccieri won the shot put and discus throw, and Hannah Peterson won the 100 hurdles and the high jump. Hannah competed in the high jump for the first time, and jumped a fine 4'8" She also placed 2nd in the triple jump and 4th in the 300 hurdles. Scoring personal bests and placing first were Megan Qualters with 8' 6" in the pole vault, and Grace Gill with 14' 7" in the long jump. Other Pinkerton victories were notched by Macy Graves in the 400, Britney Johnson in the 800, Meghan Cross in the 1600, and Laurel Breen in the javelin. Both relays also took first. The 9th and 10th graders head to Salem on Saturday for the annual state freshman-sophomore meet. Baseball

7 Monday, April 30th, 2018 Freshmen: Pinkerton 9 - Nashua North 8 On Monday, the Freshman Baseball team hosted Nashua North. The Astros improved their record to 3-0, defeating Nashua North 9-8. Brett Levesque pitched 4 innings, striking out 7 while only giving up 2 hits and no walks. Ethan Burgess and Jason Spinale came in to close out the remaining 3 innings. Paul Lescovitz tied the game up in the bottom of the 7th with a 2 run double and eventually scored the winning run. Tuesday, May 1st, 2018 Varsity: Pinkerton 16 - Manchester Central 5 The Varsity Baseball team beats Central. Asa Runge collects his 3rd win going 4 innings striking out 5. Runge, Walsh, Day, Welch and Jacob Unkles all collect 2 hits in the W. Jenkins chipped in with 3 RBIs while Walsh contributed 3 and Day, Welch and Unkles each had 2. JV: Pinkerton 3 - Manchester Central 5 The JV Baseball team lost a close well played game to Manchester Central bt a 4-3 score. Michael Packowski had a strong start for the Astros as he allowed only 2 runs and 3 hits in 4 ⅔ innings while striking out nine. Jagger Bell led the offense with 2 hits and a RBI. Cooper Ernst, JD Normand, Clay Lapointe, Chris Chow, and Jacob Boudreau had the other Astros hits. Wednesday, May 2nd, 2018 Varsity: Pinkerton 8 - Keene 2 Hiscox leads the varsity team to an 8-2 win going 6 innings allowing 5 hits, 2 runs & 4Ks. David Unkles makes his 1st appearance of the year striking out the side in the 7th. Asa Runge led the offense with 2 2Bs. Day and Welch each finished with 2 RBIs. JV: Pinkerton 7 - Keene 3

8 The JV Baseball team came back from a 2-0 deficit after 3 innings to upend Keene 7-3. Matt Michaud pitched 4⅓ strong inning in relief to pick up the win while along only 1 run on 4 hits and struck out 3. Jagger Bell led the offense with 3 hits and a RBI. JD Normand and Connor Colburn both contributed 2 RBIs along with a hit. Second basemen Jake Spinelli had several nice hits. Freshmen: Pinkerton 0 - Londonderry 10 On Wednesday, the Freshman Baseball team traveled to Londonderry. The Astros were defeated Caleb Triplett had a good starting effort on the mound striking out 4 and allowing only 1 walk and 2 hits. Ethan Burgess lead the Astros offense with 2 hits. Unfortunately, the Astros were unable to capitalize in situations with runners in scoring position and were unable to get any runs in. Thursday, May 3rd, 2018 Varsity: Pinkerton 8 - Dover 3 Welch picks up his first career win against Dover going 4 innings striking out 8 allowing 1 ER. Welch and A. Runge set the tone on offense each with 2 hits. Walsh, Marique, Day, McGill, J. Unkles and Welch all contributed an RBI. Albetski picks up his 2nd Save, 10th for his career. JV: Pinkerton 3 - Dover 2 Matt Stanieich pitched a complete game and allowed only 2 runs while striking out 4 to lead the JV Baseball team to a hard fought 3-2 victory over Dover. Jagger Bell, Chris Chow, and Matt Stanieich had the PA RBIs/ Connor Colburn contributed 2 hits and a run in the victory. The defense played outstanding all day and was highlighted by good catches in the outfield by Corbin Cresta and Jacob Boudreau. Freshmen: Pinkerton 7 - Concord 11 On Thursday, the Freshman Baseball team traveled to Concord. The Astros were defeated The Astros got off to a slow start but Jason Spinale got things started in the 3rd inning with a lead off base hit. Zach Bolduc then bunted moving Jason over to 3rd and reaching 2nd himself on an error. From that point forward, the Astros batted around the order scoring 4 runs in the inning. Unfortunately, it was not enough to quiet the bats of Concord who managed to get 12 hits to Pinkerton's 7.

9 Saturday, May 5th, 2018 Varsity: Pinkerton 9 - Londonderry 0 Varsity gets a win versus Londonderry. David Unkles gets his first start and didn't disappoint 3 IP 3 Ks & 0 runs. Derek Hiscox, Asa Runge and Matthew Albetski all contributed innings in a shutout performance. Walsh, Jenkins and Day each had 2 hits & Gulezian and Welch each had 2 RBIs. JV: Pinkerton 5 - Londonderry 6 The PA JV Baseball team scored 3 runs in the 7th inning and left two men on in that inning, but fell just short in a 6-5 loss to Londonderry. Cooper Ernst got the start for PA, allowed no earned runs while striking out five. Right fielder Vito Ortiz led the offense with 3 hits and 2 RBI s. Mike Packowski contributed a double, while Corbin Cresta, Anthony Denardi, and Jacob Boudreau added RBI s. Jake Spinale had a strong game defensively from his second base position. Two goals scored by Jake Rossignol and one goal a piece for Knob Samoites and George Dionnis. Great defense play from Kiyoshi Dustin, Zack Craig, Matt Leone and the "Terminaotor" John Connor Gilroy. Johnny Ziniti held the Warriors to 1 goal with 14 saves. A great team effort brought home the win today for JV Softball against Londonderry. Girls Lacrosse Monday, April 30th, 2018 Freshmen: Pinkerton 11 - Exeter 5 Freshman girls lacrosse defeated Exeter 11-5 yesterday. Despite injuries and illness, the girls rallied to pull away in the first half and remain ahead for the remainder of the game. Tuesday, May 1st, 2018 Varsity: Pinkerton 17 - Nashua North 4 PA Girl s Lacrosse team defeats North PA held North to 3 goals in the first half. PA had a balanced attack with 8 different scorers in the first half. Meg Michaud had 3 goals and 4 assists and Caroline Daziel had 3 goals and 1 assist to lead the team offensive attack. Defensive efforts were led by Antonia McKinnon, Katelyn Bennett, Kaitlyn Ziniti, and Justine Doyle. Dani Martineau had 2 saves, Tatyana Sullivan had 2 saves and Alyssa Labonte had 1 save. JV: Pinkerton 13 - Nashua North 1 JV girls lax beat Nashua north Taylor Textiera and Katelyn Bennett were ground ball machines! Amy Quiggly, Emily Baker and Riley OBrien all stepped up to take the draw and did a fantastic job!

13 Wednesday, May 2nd, 2018 Freshmen: Pinkerton 15 - Salem 2 Freshman girls lacrosse beat Salem girls lacrosse 15-2 Everyone played great! Thursday, May 3rd, 2018 Varsity: Pinkerton 17 - Salem 4 PA girl s lacrosse win s 10 th of the season over Salem. PA dominated possession off the draw and created Salem turnovers to limit them to only 2 shots in the first half. Tatyana Sullivan saved both shots shutting Salem out in the first half. Alyssa Labonte played goalie in the second half keeping Salem to only 2 goals. Lauren Lisauskas and Zoe Howe led the team offensively with 4 goals 2 assists, and 3 goals 1 assist, respectively. Madison Daziel, Lilly Auger, and Kiley Davis led the team in draw controls with 5 each. JV: Pinkerton 15 - Salem 2 Girls JV beat Salem Bella Correau had great ground ball pick ups. Friday, May 4th, 2018 Varsity: Pinkerton 17 - Londonderry 9 PA Girl s lacrosse overcome Londonderry for the second time in the season. PA opened the game with the first 3 scores until Londonderry scored at 16:45 remaining in the first half. PA answered with two quick ones at 16:05 and 15:24 to take a 5-1 lead. PA maintained the 4 goal lead to end the half. L derry scored the first two goals of the half to bring the score to within 2 of PA, 8-6. PA then went on a run with 6 unanswered goals to take control of the game. L derry scored their 7 th goal at 7:56 only to be answered by PA at 7:41. Each team scored two more times with PA winning Lauren Lisauskas tallied her 100 th point in two seasons, ending the day with 101 career points (53 goals & 48 assists). Dani Martineau had 6 saves. JV: Pinkerton 10 - Londonderry 9 In an exciting rivalry game, JV girls lacrosse pulled out a 10-9 win over Londonderry. After falling to a 4-0 deficit 10 minutes into the first half, the girls regrouped and

14 showed incredible perseverance and drive to end the half up 7-4. They were able to hold onto the lead in the second half thanks to amazing saves by Jordan Berard and crucial draw controls by Abbie Jowett. It truly was a team win as every player contributed to the victory.
