2 CCC Connecting with HS Technicians On February 19, 2016, Ingrid Morassini and Richard Kurtz had the wonderful opportunity to taste the chili made by the Divalicious Divas chefs at Windfern High School. One of the chefs, was none other than our very own Leilani Natale!! Thank you Leilani for the invitation. It is always wonderful to get a chance to support the technicians in many ways especially getting to eat yummy food! Who won the chili cook off? The Leftovers came in 1st place and the Divalicious Divas came in 2nd place. Congratulations Leilani! Technician Support Posted by Richard Kurtz, Customer Care Center Analyst March 4, 2016
3 CCC Connecting with MS Technicians Kahla Middle School Ingrid Morassini was honored on February 25, 2016 to participate in FCA huddle with June Hightower!! Thank you June for the invitation. It is always wonderful to get a chance to support the technicians in many ways!! This week, the Customer Care Center received phone call from a customer from Kahla Middle School reporting "a point of sale register will let you login but when you try to put in your money it will not let you. It says there is a time difference." Once contacted of the situation by her support analyst, June Hightower immediately visited the cafeteria where she quickly assessed the situation and found that the register had a trust relationship issue. Utilizing Knowledge Base# FCAB instructions for The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed error on login message", she resolved the issue and the point of register was back up and running. Awesome job June! Technician Support Posted by Ingrid Morassini, Customer Care Center Analyst March 4, 2016
