3 How to register for Office Olympix Visit and select registration. ENTER INDIVIDUAL TEAM 1 MEMBER INFORMATION. 2 CREATE A NEW TEAM *Please note - do not use Team in your team name. Your team name will be displayed as s team page. The first person to create the team, is automatically the team captain. This can be changed later. OR JOIN A TEAM Select from the dropdown of teams available. If joining as a spectator only, please make a $40 donation. Spectators can not play in games, and are not eligible for prizes. 3 Start fundraising! Share your team participation through social media. SCHEDULE A LUNCH AND LEARN WITH EASTERSEALS Your team can enjoy a 20 minute presentation about how their participation in Office Olympix will benefit individuals in our local area, how to register your team online, and fundraising ideas and incentives for your team. Organizations can register multiple teams. Customize your TEAM fundraising page Available To Team Captains Only Select My Page tab under your personal page s profile picture, and click on your team name on bottom right of page. Edit all information as desired to include welcome message, photo, url, goal, and fb ID.

The cover image size is 2500 px x785 px I forgot my password to login Click on forgot password in the login link (top right corner of yorkofficeolympix website) to reset your password. Can donors remain anonymous? Yes, donors can remain anonymous. How many people can join a team? Teams consist of 3-5 individual team members. Organizations can add multiple teams. Why is my team not showing up on the home page? The top 12 highest fundraised teams will be displayed on the home page. What is the difference between an individual and team page? An individual page allows you to join other campaigns, and personalize your own fundraising efforts. Every team member has the opportunity to personalize their own individual page as part of their team s campaign to share with friends and family. Should donors support my personal page or my team s page? Donors can donate to the individual or to the team, which will count towards the teams overall fundraising goal. How can my company get involved? Your company may offer internal incentives for highest fundraiser per team (if desired) or matching gifts. Ask if your company offers a matching gift or incentive. Companies also have the opportunity to sponsor Office Olympix by visiting eastersealswcpa.org/yorkofficeolympix. If my company creates a team, does that count as a sponsorship? Organizations who sponsor at the Inclusive ($1000) level or higher receives 1 or more team entries into Office Olympix (depending on sponsor level).
