This would be great for clubs to take advantage of to help with the rest of the competition season being the first comp. Please let me know if you would like to order this service. Solos: - We will be attempting to run the Solo Competition on the same weekend as we have done in past years. However due to only having the venue for the above mentioned weekend, if it cannot be scheduled into this time we will unfortunately have to cancel the solo performances or hold it on another weekend. This will be done at the earliest possible time so we can refund money and let the girls know in sufficient time. Winkipop media will be taking stage photos throughout the whole competition. 2 Competition Rules: - Unless otherwise stated C.V.I rules apply. Country Rules apply for Country teams only. It may be necessary to combine some grading s depending on entries. Crits and prize money will be available after each section. Admission to Competition:- Coaches are to report to the Sign in desk upon arrival and register your club. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start of each session. Parents and Non-Competitors must purchase a ticket for entry. Coaches, Assistant Coaches & Cadets must show their Official A.C.C. Registration card for admission to the competitions. You may pick up your official tickets to be worn, from the Secretary on registration of each team. Anyone that will be involved with the children must have a working with children s check. Team Member Form:- A Team Member Form is to be presented at the sign in desk upon check-in at the competition. Music, Song/Folk/Medley Titles: - Only one item per CD. ALL CD s to be cued and clearly labelled. All CD s are the Coaches responsibility. Please have your Cd s cued, thank you. Please bring all lighting requirements, curtain requirements and music with you to side stage. DLP s are to be handed in at the sign in desk when signing in your team to allow time for the tech to check that they will work. Lighting: - Our lighting includes full stage colour wash with red, green, blue, amber, pink and aqua. Cyc colour is with red, green, blue, amber, pink and aqua. Channel 9 special with channel 10 special as a large centre special. A B C special from front of house. Disco ball. Blinders. Decals. Par cans with red, green, blue and amber. Front lighting also enhanced on stage by overhead and side lighting. A large number of chases including par can chase, cyc chase, and full stage colour wash chase as well as a 4 different chases using the channel 9 specials. Aggregate results for metro teams count towards grading for the following year. No Tinies aggregate points will be awarded. If a club gains more than one placing in a section, then only one place, the highest, will count for the aggregate. No competitor or team may compete twice in the same section. LEG TAN should not be applied in ANY part of the buildings. Tracksuits and footwear must be worn at all times out of the dressing rooms. First aid is the responsibility of each individual club. Ice will be available at the venue but other first aid requirements are to be supplied by the club or individual Anyone found damaging competition venues (e.g. putting lipstick or chewing gum on walls/floor, putting holes in walls with rods/clubs, applying leg tan in toilet areas) will find themselves and their teams severely penalised, and an account rendered to cover the damages. 2 No responsibility taken for any personal property lost or damaged. No food or drinks to be taken into the theatre. No food or drinks (with the exception of water) allowed in dressing rooms.

3 No hair spray is to be used in the venue foyer area (café section). Extra:- We have an eftpos machine available for ticket and merchandise sales. There is a café on site in the venue. We will be running our merchandise stall over the competition weekend. Some team/solo costumes may be available for sale. 3
