2 ships OPPORTUNITIES Many sponsorship opportunities are available and we can create a custom package tailored to suit your goals as a sponsor. We offer standard booth space for a sponsor who wants to engage with attendees and give a personalize experience using their own marketing materials and merchandise. Over 50% of our sponsors use this visual presence. We also have limited sponsorships for our VIP Chalet and Veterans Tents, which provide exclusive visual presence. With the feeling of an old time barnstorming air show crossed with a big party, the Camarillo Air Show has something for everyone, from kids to grandparents. Hosting the event is the Camarillo Wings Association, a 501(c)(3), all-volunteer non-profit corporation in collaboration with the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) SoCal Wing, Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Chapter 723 and Ventura County Ninety-Nines. The Camarillo Wings Association distributes the Air Show net profits to participating non-profit groups that promote youth in science and aviation, furthering the education of Ventura County youth through leadership and service. Located in Southern California, our Ventura County regional air show draws attendees from the Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. The gate attendance typically averages around 14,000 for the two days. This year we are expanding our reach to high schools in these counties by including a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Pavilion, to inspire youth in discovery through education. 4 Media PRESENCE We have a wide range of Media and Public Relations coverage. We use both print media, radio, television, social media, online event calendars, aviation events, and local Rotary and Chamber of Commerce functions to get our event publicized. The week prior to the Air Show we host a Media Day which includes performer and veteran interviews, photographic opportunities and aircraft rides. We also include over 35,000 Wings Over Camarillo flyers in the Camarillo, Oxnard, and Moorpark water bills.
