1 Dear Parents, As you are aware your son, is a part of England Cricket Tour 2018 representing DSS Team INDIA at UK Scheduled from 24 June - 04 July This is an exciting time for us all and we feel this is a significant step in the right direction of the DSS sports journey. The students will stay at Holiday Inn Hotel, Newcastle when they arrive at Newcastle and we feel this is an excellent opportunity for our students to mix and meet other Internationally minded players and coaches during the tour. Other travel information: Dress Code: The DSS travelling T-shirt/Huddy needs to be worn when travelling during the tour to allow us to be easily identifiable Weather Minimum Temperature : 10 0 C Maximum temperature : 27 0 C Drinking water: What to bring: Please bring your own refillable water bottle. Please refer the Checklist mention later on page 4 in this document. 2 Money: It is suggested to bring some money for additional spending during the field visit/day tour/water park etc. but it should be a minimal amount (Min. 300 to Max. 450 Pounds) You are welcome to hand this money to our coaches, clearly marked with the student s name and amount. Passport/tickets: The DSS coaches will keep the students travel documents and give them out and collect them again at immigration. When we get to Newcastle the passports / tickets will be locked in the hotel safe until departure. The coaches will handle travel documents at all other times. Food: s can eat at the Hotel. Food will be available at the Hotel/Match venue, which will be briefed by the coaches every day in the team meeting. For parents in India, we would send a hard copy of the document along with the DSS merchandise at your address, please hand in the forms to our representative before collecting your accessories. In case the declaration/indemnity form/noc is not submitted you will NOT be entitled to receive all of the below list: DSS ID card (mandatory for any activity during the tour example: the match venue) DSS England trip Merchandise (Team Match Jersey, Training Jersey, Travelling Huddy, Cricket Kit Bag) Flight Tickets (if booked through us) / Hotel Accommodation WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: 1. Download the form and print a copy 2. Fill in the form and sign it. 3. Scan a copy of the form (ensure that the copy is not cropped and is clearly visible) 4. the scan copy to team@delhischoolsports.com DURING THE TOUR: Please help us in maintaining the safety and security of your child. Kindly read carefully and we expect complete support from our parents to make it a successful tour. Please fill the OUT-PASS FORM in case you wish to take your kid out for a personal day out. The forms will be available with the manager of the team. The internal travelling and event tickets/matches as per the itineray will be done by us for the players and coache/manager only. Due to safety and security reason, any change of ROOMS after the allotment is done by the manager is NOT allowed. Please speak to the Manager for any assistance.
