1 2018 UCA Nationals BA Varsity Cheer Disney Itinerary Feb 7 th 12 th The team will be staying at the Disney All Star Music Resort (1801 W Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL Phone (407) ). All of the cheerleaders and coaches will be roomed next to each other. Wednesday, Feb. 7 th 11:30 a.m. EAT LUNCH BEFORE YOU GET TO BUS! WE WILL NOT HAVE AN ORGANIZED MEAL UNTIL WE LAND IN ORLANDO. YOU WILL HAVE A SNACK BAG FOR THE AFTERNOON OR YOU CAN PURCHASE A SNACK IN DALLAS. Load bus at the Cheer Facility back by the Baseball/Softball Fields. Wear new jersey with leggings for girls/warm-up pants or jeans for boys. BA CHEER BACKPACK FOR CARRY-ON (SEE PACKING LIST FOR WHAT NEEDS TO BE IN HERE) AND 1 CHECKED BAG. CARRY-ON WILL BE CHECKED BY COACHES FOR UNIFORM ITEMS. YOU NEED TO HAVE WHATEVER YOU NEED FOR THE EVENING TO MORNING IN THIS BAG BECAUSE YOU MAY NOT GET YOUR CHECKED BAG UNTIL LATE OR MORNING. SCHOOL ID or DRIVERS LICENSE If you are under 18, you do not need ID to get through airport security, however, it is always a good idea to carry ID. NO PASSPORT IS NEEDED. NO LIQUIDS! This includes lotions. TSA will confiscate all liquids over 3 oz. Don t risk it if you have expensive perfume or lotions. COMPETITION DAY TOMORROW!!! Saturday, Feb. 10 th - COMPETITION DAY FOR COED 8:30 a.m. Breakfast Food Court at Resort 10:00 a.m. Meet to catch the shuttle over to the competition venue. NEED TO BE COMPETITION READY AT THIS POINT. HAIR DONE/MAKEUP DONE. NEW WHITE UNIFORM/BODYLINER/WHITE BOW. WEAR NEW JERSEY OVER TOP OF UNIFORM. BRING POMS/MEGAPHONE/SIGNS IF NEEDED.

3 10:30 a.m. Arrive at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Team picture by the ESPN sign. 10:45 a.m. Watch competition in HP Fieldhouse. Get mentally prepared for competition. 11:15 a.m. Meet as team to focus and stretch. 11:37 a.m. Coed Check-in 12:00 p.m. Medium Varsity Coed Division begins in HP Fieldhouse 12:07 p.m. COED COMPETES SEMI-FINALS IN HP FIELDHOUSE AT ESPN WIDE WORLD OF SPORTS!!! GO TIGERS! 1:00 p.m. Lunch at ESPN Park. Sandwiches from Firehouse Subs/Gatorades will be delivered. 2:45 p.m. MEDIUM VARSITY COED FINALISTS ANNOUNCED IN HP FIELDHOUSE AT ESPN WIDE WORLD OF SPORTS Draw for competition time for Finals 3:40 p.m. Medium Varsity Coed Division Finals begins in HP Fieldhouse 5:40 p.m. Medium Varsity Coed Division Finals ends 6:15 p.m. Medium Varsity Coed Awards in HP Fieldhouse 7:00 p.m. Dinner Use voucher for dinner either at hotel or at EPCOT 7:30 p.m. Evening park time at EPCOT if desired. Bring change of clothes in backpack if this is what you want to do. Cheerleaders will have the option at staying at hotel with a coach or go walk around EPCOT and watch fireworks at 9 p.m. 9:15 p.m. Meet at front of park after fireworks and head back to hotel 10:00 p.m. Room Check begins Sunday, Feb. 11 th 8:30 a.m. Breakfast Food Court at Hotel 9:15 a.m. Meet to catch the shuttle over to the competition venue. PARENTS PLEASE PLAN ON PICKING YOUR CHILD UP IN BAGGAGE CLAIM AT THE AIRPORT AS THERE WILL NOT BE TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED BACK TO THE HIGH SCHOOL.

They will need to stay in groups of 3 or more at the parks. Parents if you go to there will be a link on their homepage for Nationals Coverage. There is a paid Live-Stream option as well.
