3 THREE DAY ALL STAR COMPETITION FORMAT TENTATIVE SCHEDULE* Wednesday, March 6 Thursday, March 7 Teams arrive in Orlando Orientation and Team Registration Friday, March 8 Teams arrive in Orlando Orientation and Team Registration Special UCA NIGHT at Disney Hollywood Studios Park for team members and families purchasing the IASC travel package Extended hours at the Disney Hollywood Studios Park with exclusive use of the Hollywood Studios Park s most exciting rides! Teams can enjoy the Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks at their leisure. Saturday, March 9 Competition will kick off at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex Finals competition for Prep, Novice and Recreational Divisions All awards for Prep, Novice and Recreational will take place on Saturday. All Elite Club and International Divisions will compete. Day 1 scores will count for 25% of the team s final scores for the weekend. Teams can enjoy the Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks at their leisure. Sunday, March 10 All Elite Club and International Divisions will compete. Day 2 scores will count for 75% of the team s final scores for the weekend. Teams earning a Worlds Bid will be announced along with The U.S. Finals bids being awarded throughout the day Championship Celebration Party at Magic Kingdom Park! Teams can enjoy the Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks at their leisure. Monday, March 11 Teams visit a Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park of their choice. Teams being awarded At Large and Paid bids to the Summit and D2 Summit Championships will be announced on Varsity TV on Varsity.com Tuesday, February 12 Teams depart Orlando. * This is a tentative schedule and may change to accommodate the number of teams in each division. The IASC rules committee reserves the right to determine if splitting a division will be necessary. ATTENTION: NO changes can be made after February 18, 2019 without full forfeiture. Since the hotel has very limited space available for these nights, reservations for the extra nights will be accepted on a first come-first served basis. The UCA International All Star Championship is live streamed on Varsity TV and select teams will be featured on CBS Sports! There is family fun for everyone with thrilling rides at The Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks, delicious dining options and Extra Magic Hours! With thousands of spectators from around the world in the audience, your teams will feel larger than life as they step onto the mat under the bright lights. Exclusive UCA NIGHT at Disney s Hollywood Studios Park and Sunday night Celebration Party at Magic Kingdom for those purchasing the IASC Travel Package. 6 PAYMENT POLICIES AND DEADLINES PAYMENTS Cheerleaders on multiple teams will have a $100 per athlete crossover fee. Please indicate this on your roster. Initial registration and non-refundable deposit of $100/person are due by January 9, Balance of payment is due by February 6, Team registrations that are submitted online are not approved until the deposit has been received. In order for Family and Friends to register, there must be an approved team registration. Registrations that are not paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event are subject to cancellation. PLEASE MAKE ANY CHECKS PAYABLE TO IASC! Money orders, cashier s checks or credit cards ONLY!!! HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS HOTELS MAY FILL UP PRIOR TO THE PUBLISHED DEADLINES. Hotel reservations are available on a first come first served basis. Reservations will not be held without a deposit. CHANGES All changes must be requested by February 7, If changes are requested after this date, a $50 per change fee will be charged. CANCELLATIONS For cancellations on or before February 7, 2019, all monies will be refunded with the exception of the one hundred dollars ($100.00) per person deposit. For cancellations between February 8, 2019 and February 18, 2019, an additional $ per person penalty will apply to cover hotel and entertainment guarantees. Cancellations received on or after February 19, 2019 will result in full forfeiture of all monies paid. Deposits from cancellations cannot be applied toward your balance. All cancellations must be in writing to the UCA International All Star Championship. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. REFUNDS Refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the event. Request for refunds must be sent in writing to your registration specialist.
