One is at the All-Star Resort (They will get their Summit gear there) and One is at the Hilton Buena Vista Palace. Parents will need to ensure transportation is available to both locations (approx 20 minutes apart). Finals schedule is based on the time range of where we could compete. Please ensure you are on the GroupMe messaging app. We will update the schedule on exact times once we know our Finals Check-in time. TRANSPORTATION IS ON YOUR OWN. WE WILL HAVE A DESIGNATED MEET TIME/LOCATION FOR ALL ATHLETES TO CHECK IN AND TAKE GROUP PICTURES RULES FOR THE PARK: NO ATHLETES ARE ALLOWED TO BE ON THEIR OWN. MUST BE GROUPS OF 6 OR LARGER EACH GROUP MUST HAVE AN ADULT (PARENT) WITH THEIR GROUP TO KEEP TABS ON EVERYONE; NO ADULT THEN YOU STAY WITH COACH ROBERT'S GROUP. WE WILL HAVE RECURRING GROUP CHECK INS TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF ALL TEAM ATHLETES FRIDAY IS ACE DAY IN THE PARKS; PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO TAKE YOUR CHILD TO ANOTHER PARK/EVENT; YOU CAN HAVE THEM ON SATURDAY :-) 4:30pm Arrive Disney's Magic Kingdom 10:45pm Meet at Flagpole Check out Released! All athletes meet underneath the Flagpole as soon as you enter the park (Main Street). If we're not there by 4:30, please wait. We're relying on bus transportation ***NOTE ALL Bus ARRIVE times at the BVP are estimates based on when the BVP bus makes its rounds

However, if an athlete needs to depart Orlando, please make sure you are checked out with your team rep so we can account for your athlete. 4 COMPETITION MEMO Summit Outfits o Each event will have a specific outfit/color that you ll need to wear o See itinerary for correct shirt Tickets If you have pre-purchased tickets and have not asked me to pick them up, here is the info on where to get them. The Summit Competition Venues All rehearsal and competition will take place in ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in the HP Field House, Visa Athletic Center (formerly Josten s) and ESPN Sportscenter Arena (new building at the front of the complex). Family and friends not purchasing a Summit Package or who DID NOT purchase a WDW Park Hopper through the VARSITY may purchase a one day admission ticket at the ESPN Wide World of Sports ticket booth for preliminaries and semi-finals. Discounted Multi-Day WDW Park Hopper tickets are available for purchase through the USASF in the Monterey Room in Disney s Coronado Spring Resort Convention Center. WDW Park Hoppers, purchased through the USASF includes admission into all four of Disney s Theme Parks as well as 5 days into ALL Cheerleading Competition venues. FAN VIEWING IN HP FIELD HOUSE: The entrance for family and friends to get into the HP Field House FAN VIEWING area will be located on the lower level just OUTSIDE of the HP Field House next to the Food & Beverage Tent. There will be a staging area where the USASF staff will provide direction and coordinate each team s group of fans wanting a VIP s view of their team s performance. All fan viewers are required to exit the building following their team s performance. Please go to the link below for a map to this location OUTSIDE of the HP Field House in the ESPN Sports Complex. Note: Only those with Finalist team specific Fan Viewing Passes will be allowed into the HP Fan Viewing during Session s I and II. FAN VIEWING IN ALL OTHER WORLDS VENUES:There will be a staging area where the USASF staff will provide direction and coordinate each team s group of fans wanting a VIP s view of their team s performance. All fan viewers are required to exit the building following their team s performance Photography and Video Policy - Because we take the safety and security of our participants seriously, our policy is to protect your privacy and that of all participants. Audience use of telephoto lenses and video cameras, including video capable digital cameras/camera phones will not be allowed. Unauthorized users of such equipment will be escorted from our event. Only official press from newspapers, magazines, etc. will be allowed to shoot pictures during our event with professional equipment. All press requests will be taken seriously and a contract must be signed prior to clearance being given. We hope that you and your parents understand the seriousness of this issue and give us your full support. Online Coverage on Varsity.tv - Be sure to tell all of your friends and family that there will be coverage on Varsity.tv of all Summit events. Promotional Selling of Merchandise-Selling of promotional merchandise during the event, or on Disney property, by unauthorized persons is not permitted. This includes the arenas, the hotels and the parking lots. These policies are enforced at all times. Please note that it is illegal to sell merchandise or services in any area of hotels not designated for such activity without the proper permits. Any person, including but not

5 limited to spectators, athletes, parents, coaches, gym owners, event producers and choreographers found to be selling merchandise on the premises during the USASF Cheerleading and Dance Worlds may have their ticket revoked and their merchandise confiscated. Parking: Parking at the DWWOS is free. VIP parking area for a fee is available, but parents usually find parking in the free lots. Riding the bus to the DWWOS is your best option. Doors Open: Doors to the competition on Saturday and Sunday will open at 8:00AM with the competition beginning at 9:00AM. Is there a parent/fan area - There is a parent fan area where parents and fans can get an up close view of routines. However, it is not right up front it is right in front of the judging panel riser. Please pack it out and make it loud! Parents, if available, please wear ACE shirts or wear Red/Black/Yellow let s show our colors to support ACE teams!!!! NOTE: We are unsure of how to line up for the parent viewing section in the VISA CENTER. Please be flexible while we find out. Once we compete, you will depart the building and work your way back into your seats. There will be a VARSTIY Staff Member holding signs with Team Names on it for everyone to gather around. 7 CELEBRITY HALL - DISNEY'S ALL-STAR RESORTS 1601 W. Buena Vista Dr (guestimate) This is located in between All-Star Sports and All-Star Music. There is a sign after you pass sports that says Celebrity Hall. Turn right at the sign and follow the parking lot road until you see the tents. You'll thin you missed it until it turns and a huge parking lot with a series of large tents shows up. Meet at the bleachers in front of the tents.
