1 Amy Howe Alicia Palmer Tori Turner UCA Nationals Feb. 8 th 13 th Broken Arrow Varsity Cheer Disney Itinerary The cheerleaders will be staying on the Disney All Star Music Resort (1801 West Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL Phone: (407) ). All of the cheerleaders and coaches will be roomed next to each other. The entire property is filled with cheerleaders that are attending High School Nationals. Wednesday, Feb. 8 th 9:30 am Load bus at BAHS Athletic Facility. Wear New Long Sleeve Shirt & new leggings for girls/warm-up pants for boys. - BA Cheer backpack for carry-on (see packing list for what needs to be in here) and 1 checked bag. Carry-on bag will be checked by coaches for uniform items. - School ID or Driver s License If you are under 18, you do not need ID to get through airport security, however, it is always a good idea to carry ID. NO PASSPORT IS NEEDED. - Snacks for the day or money to get snacks in airports (We will eat a late lunch in Dallas and a late dinner in Orlando). - NO LIQUIDS this includes lotions. TSA will confiscate all liquids over 3 oz. Don t risk it if you have expensive perfume or lotions. Anything over 3 oz. needs to be in your checked bag. 10:30 am Arrive at Tulsa International Airport 12:05 pm Southwest Flight #1046 TUL/DAL 12:05pm -1:05pm 1:30 p.m. Eat lunch in Dallas at Airport 4:40 p.m. Southwest Flight #36 DAL/MCO 4:40pm -8:00pm 8:00 p.m. Arrive in Orlando. Eat dinner at food court in Orlando airport. Get in line for Disney s Magical Express. 10:00 p.m. Check in/room Check

2 Thursday, Feb. 9 th 8:00 am Breakfast--Food Court at Resort. (Use voucher for breakfast) 9:00 am Practice (Wear New Salmon Shirt/Black shorts or leggings/black Bow) 10:30 am Meet and head to Animal Kingdom (Wear New Shirt to parks). 10:30 am ANIMAL KINGDOM (Use voucher for lunch) 4:00 pm Meet at the front of the park. 4:30 pm EPCOT (Use voucher for dinner) 9:00 pm Meet and head back to hotel 9:30 pm Room Check Begins Friday, Feb. 10 th 8:00 am Breakfast--Food Court at Resort. (Use Voucher for Breakfast) 9:00 am Practice. Wear State Champion shirt/black shorts or leggings/white Bow. 10:00 am MAGIC KINGDOM (Use voucher for lunch) 2:30 pm Meet at the front of the park. 3:00 pm HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS (Use voucher for dinner) 7:00 pm Meet and head back to hotel 9:00 pm Room Check Begins 10:00 pm LIGHTS OUT! EARLY DAY TOMORROW!!!!! Saturday, Feb. 11 th (Competition Day NO PARKS) *** Time that pertain to All-Girl are highlighted in pink. Coed is highlighted in Green. If not highlighted, it applies to both groups. 6:15 am Wake up!!! Get some energy! Do some jumping jacks Drink some Spark, Vitamins, OJ, whatever you need to wake up! Coaches will have breakfast bars/fruit in their rooms to eat. 7:15 am Meet to catch the shuttle over to competition venue. Coed needs to be COMPETITION READY AT THIS POINT. HAIR DONE/MAKEUP DONE. White uniform with bodyliner. All Girl will wear skirt and new Oklahoma Shirt. Hair done and makeup mostly done. Bring all other uniform items.

3 8:04 am Coed Small Varsity B Semi-Finals starts in HP Field House at ESPN Wide World of Sports 8:15 am Coed Team Check In 8:30 am Coed Warmup Time (10 minutes) 8:30 am All-Girl finish getting ready at venue. 8:30 am Large Varsity Division 1 Pre-lims A begins in J CENTER at ESPN Wide World of Sports 9:00 am Coed Competes Semi-Finals in HP Field House at ESPN Wide World of Sports!!!! 10:02 am All-Girl Check-In at J CENTER 10:22 am All-Girl Warm-up Time (10 minutes) 10:30 am Small Varsity Coed Finalists Announced in HP Field House 10:32 am All-Girl Competes in J CENTER at ESPN Wide World of Sports 11:00 am Lunch at ESPN Park. Sandwiches from Firehouse Subs will be delivered. 11:30 am Large Varsity Division 1 Finalists Announced in ESPN J CENTER We will return to Hotel for some downtime before Coed Finals if time. If Finals time is early, we will stay at the park and find a place to rest. 2:04 pm Small Coed Finals Begin in HP Field House (won t know compete time until that day). 4:20 pm Small Coed Finals End 5:10 pm Small Coed Awards in HP Field House (Coed bring leggings to change into after awards) 5:30 pm Dinner (will be scheduled according to what time All Girl will compete this evening---may do 2 different dinner times if needed) 6:30 pm Large Varsity Semi-Finals Begin in ESPN J CENTER 8:54 pm Large Varsity Semi-Finals Ends 9:50 pm Finalists for Large Varsity Announced

4 10:00 pm Load bus for hotel 10:30 pm Room Check Sunday, Feb. 12 th 9:00-9:30 am Breakfast at hotel (Coaches will pay if you come during this time) 10:00 am Load bus for ESPN Wide World of Sports. Coed wear Long Sleeve BA Shirt 10:30 am Large Varsity Finals Begins in HP Field House at ESPN Wide World of Sports 12:20 pm Large Varsity Finals Ends 1:20 pm Large Varsity Awards 2:30 pm Head back to hotel 3:00 pm Downtime at Hotel 4:30 pm Dinner at Hotel Food Court 5:00 pm Meet and head to park. Wear Mickey/Minnie Camp shirt with shorts or jeans. We will take a team picture in front of the castle. 5:30 pm Magic Kingdom 10:00 pm Meet to head back to hotel. 11:00 pm Room Check Monday, Feb. 13 th Wear any BA shirt 8-8:30 am Breakfast at Food Court (Coaches will pay if you are here during this time period) 12:00 pm Check out of hotel/board Magical Express to airport. (This time is subject to change once I receive the actual time from Disney) 1:30 pm Lunch at Airport 3:20 pm Southwest Flight #1879 MCO/DAL 3:20 pm 5:55 pm Southwest Flight #40 DAL/TUL 5:55pm -6:55pm 6:55 pm Arrive Tulsa International Airport Parents please plan to pick your cheerleader up at the airport as there will not be transportation provided back to the high school.

5 Please note that when we attend parks, the entire team will attend the same park with the coaches. There is not a point in time where the team is left free to roam Disney. They will be required to check in with coaches at several intervals throughout the day. They will need to stay in groups of 3 or more while at the parks. Parents If you go to there may be a link on their homepage for Nationals Coverage. We are in the Small Co-Ed and Large Varsity Divisions.
