In the program you will find schedules and maps for all arenas, a roster of teams competing, a comprehensive list of past winners and much more. This will GUARANTEE & RESERVE a spot in the Red Deck or Yellow Deck. We recommend that all spectators park in the Red or Yel- low Parking Decks for convenience.

6 PLAN YOUR WEEKEND SUCCESSFULLY CHEERSPORT Nationals is one of the largest cheerleading and dance championship in the World, therefore it takes a huge complex to house it. Please take a look at the maps and plan your parking and schedules carefully. The Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) is made up of 3 buildings (Buildings A, B & C) with multiple levels. Level 1, being the bottom floor and Level 4 being the top floor. Admissions is on Level 4. Building B on Level 1 you will find the 5 Cheer Competition Arenas and the CHEERSPORT Varsity Shop. In Building C on Level 1 is the Dance Arena, located in the Georgia Ballroom, also in Building C Level 3, you will find 2 more Cheer Competition Arenas and the Cheer Warm-up Arena. Parents are not allowed into the Warm-up Arena at any point. Please plan meeting areas with your teams. It is a GREAT idea to come by Friday and purchase your admission tickets for the weekend. Lines tend to be long Saturday & Sunday morning. Friday evening is FREE. Take the time to purchase your admission tickets, a 2015 program and walk the facility to find your competition Arenas. Plus, you will be able to shop and pick-up your 2015 Event Apparel before it is sold out! NEW for 2015 Wow... have we grown and it s all because of you - thank you! In 2015 we have added 2 additional Cheer Arenas. These Arenas are located in Building C - Level 1 in C3 and C4. Finally, we have added an additional Awards Arena, you will find 2 Awards Arenas in Building A - Level 1, along with the new Celebration Central for all National Champions. To help you get to the Awards Arena from the B-Building there is a connector (A/B Connector) located in Building B- Level 1 between Competition Arenas B2 and B4 (please follow the signs). Make sure you look in the program to know what Awards Arena your division is in and the time. INFORMATION BOOTH/LOST & FOUND/LOST PARENTS/CHILDREN Information Booths are located throughout the event. You may also purchase programs at the Information Booths. All lost & found items should be turned in to any Information Booth. If you have lost your child or your parents, please go directly to any Information Booth. CHEER WARM-UP ARENA Parents are NOT allowed to walk through the BC Connector on Friday, Saturday or Sunday and are NOT allowed in the Warm-Up Arena. Security is provided and is strictly enforced. Please keep in mind that it s a 15 minute walk from the Admissions Hall to the Cheer Warm-Up Arena in Building C-Level 1 to drop your child off outside of the Warm-Up Arena. All ACE Panama City teams will meet in the ACE Room (B311) and we ll walk to warmup from there. SUNDAY MORNING PRAISE & WORSHIP SERVICE Non-denominational services will be held on Sunday at 9:00am and 11:00am in room B-203 for spectators, coaches, and cheerleaders. Please come as you are jeans, uniforms, and warm-ups are welcome! PRIORITY VIEWING SECTION The first 20 feet directly in front of each stage in all Cheer Arenas will be reserved for friends and family members of the performing team. Please follow the directional signs. There is one entrance and one exit to each priority viewing area. We do not require our spectators to sit during team performances, so feel free to jump for joy!!! No spectators will be allowed to remain in the priority viewing section. Please move quickly when entering and exiting the priority viewing section. PURCHASING TEAM VIDEOS & PHOTOS You can purchase a HD Video onsite at any Universal Event Photography (UEP) booth. UEP is proud to HD Video on a USB or DVD. Order your HD Video today and show all your friends and family your performance! All large personal cameras are prohibited in the GWCC. All photos will be taken by UEP. You may view and purchase team photos at the Universal Event Photography booths, located at the exit of each stage. Photos will NOT be available

7 on-line after this event, so please make sure to get them at the event. iphones and ipads are ok if used for personal use. All performances will be available at approximately 10 minutes after the routine. EVENT APPAREL Be sure to visit the CHEERSPORT Varsity Shop in Arena B4 for all of the latest designs and fashions in cheerleading apparel. There are stores located throughout the event, so make sure you have time to shop! Get the official 2015 CHEERSPORT National Championship shirt to commemorate the event! Make sure to get your event shirts early, before they are SOLD OUT! RESULTS See who is winning CHEERSPORT NATIONALS Type in results.cheersport.net on your phone will keep you up to date during all the NATIONALS ACTION! COMPETITOR GIFTS Each and every athlete that competes at CHEERSPORT Nationals 2015 will receive an exclusive CHEERSPORT Gift. Coaches will provide athletes with a voucher for the gift and they can be picked up in Arena B5 on Friday and Saturday. AWARDS If your departure time is prior to awards it is up to you as a family if your athlete would like to stay for awards. If you choose to leave you also forfeit any merchandise/medals/trophies that are given out. If you do stay please let us know immediately if ever your athlete doesn t receive an award that the team has been given at an event. PARENT SIGN IN/SIGN OUT You are required to sign your athlete out with your team rep. Please remember to meet your team rep after your awards. WARMUPS You are required to wear your warm-up at all times. You will give your warmup to your parents when we leave to go to warm-ups or put them in your backpack. SOCIAL MEDIA Please keep up with Twitter/Instagram/Facebook for any updates over the weekend. Please use hashtag #GoTribe for any Twitter updates. ACE ROOMS The ACE Rooms are located in the B Building. Rooms B310, B311, B312 UPON ENTRY TO THE VENUE Please walk directly to B311 to find your team rep to sign in. WHO SHOULD CHEER FOR YOUR TEAM(S) The parents of the team should be loud and crazy for their athletes at CHEERSPORT. CHEERSPORT is a very large competition with a long warm up process. We ask your understanding when parents are the only ones in the viewing area. Due to parent request we do not require all teams to stay 8-12 hours as in the past. This will allow

8 teams to focus on their routines and return home. Your coaching staff will be represented in the coaching area. Please understand that some staff may not be visible due to extended warm ups with other teams. NEW THIS YEAR Please Read!! CHEERSPORT s Bid Reveal Show CHEERSPORT has announced an innovative way to announce The Summit, The Dance Summit, and the Cheerleading and Dance Worlds bids. All bid winners will be announced on Monday night, February 16 at 9:00 p.m. on Varsity TV ( It is sure to be a suspenseful and exciting show and we hope you will join us. Not only will we release our bid winners, but you will see highlights of the paid bid winners from their performance over the weekend. If you love Cheerleading and Dance like we do, it is definitely Must See TV. We will have a BID VIEWING party at the gym on Monday night (8pm Central) after Cheersport. You do not have to attend, however, it s an opportunity to see if we get a bid or not.
