This competition is in our backyard and we want to have a GREAT showing from our athletes and our fans. Your release time is different than the overall ACE team schedule below. ** Thundercats would appreciate any athletes and parents staying to watch their performance. 2 COMPETITION MEMO General Admission: Tickets will be available for purchase by CASH ONLY beginning on Saturday one hour before competition begins and will remain open during event hours. Type Ticket Children 5-Under Child (5 9 yrs) Senior (65+ yrs) Military (valid ID) Adult 1-Day Ticket Free $15 $20 2-Day Ticket Free $25 $35 Doors Open: Doors to the competition on Saturday and Sunday will open at 7:00AM with the competition beginning at 8:00AM\ Weather: We expect a very wet weekend. Since the event is HUGE and the facility is not, expect the crowds to be large in the facility itself. Plan for parking to be an adventure! Parents and Athletes please know that this event is EXTREMLY LARGE and getting from place to place takes awhile. PLEASE leave in more than enough time to reach the assigned meeting place. YOU CANNOT BE LATE! This event runs exactly on time and no time is wasted. Sessions for your athlete- Every athlete that isn t in warm up or performing should be up front cheering for other ACE teams. Please take a look at the schedule and plan your day. Is there a parent/fan area - There is a parent fan area where parents and fans can get an up close view of routines. You are highly encouraged to pack it out and make it loud! Parents, if available, please wear ACE shirts or wear Red/Black/Yellow let s show our colors to support ACE teams!!!! Sign Out You are required to sign your athlete out with your team rep. Please remember to meet your team rep after your awards. Parking - Parking is available for no fee. Parking fills up quickly. Please plan to arrive early to avoid missing your meet time. Photography - Parents WILL be allowed to bring in cameras. However, there will be professional photos available for purchase. ACE Support: We highly encourage you to make signs for your athletes. Crowd support is a huge part of our score sheet, so lets make our athletes and program proud!! ACE LETS ROCK IT OUT! ENTRANCE Exit the glass doors and the team meet area is in the hallway inside of the balcony before you go down the stairs. All cheerleaders will check in with Team Moms here and also meet here to go to warm-up.
