1 WSSRF BOWL -A- THON Bowl-A-Thon Participant - This year s WSSRF Bowl-A-Thon will be held on the last day of the Winter session of Saturday Bowling, Saturday, March 23 from 12:30-3:00pm. If you would like to participate in the Bowl-A-Thon, bowlers are requested to get a minimum of $25 in pledges. The pledge sheet and instructions for the Bowl-A-Thon are attached. 3 How does a Bowl-A-Thon work? This year s Bowl-A Thon will be in co-op with WSSRA Saturday Bowling league. 1. You, the bowler, may secure as many sponsors as possible and have them fill out the pledge sheet. 2. Each bowler with a minimum of $25 can bowl two games: participant can bowl or share games with a family member(s) during the event. Each bowler will also receive one free lunch ticket. Extra games can be purchased for an additional $10 per game and additional lunch tickets may also be purchased. 3. Games will be scheduled for families in two shifts. 1 st shift will be 12:45pm-1:45pm 2 nd shift 1:45pm-2:45pm. Families will be notified two days prior which shift they will be bowling. 4. Sponsors pledge a set amount, with collection being made at the time the pledge is made. Checks should be made payable to WSSRA. Pledges can be done online at WSSRA.net in the participant s name. 5. Top Bowler and top fundraiser will receive a prize. 6. Incentive Prizes - NEW This Year! a. Participants who raise $50 or more will receive a WSSRA water bottle b. Participants who raise $100 will receive a WSSRA beanie hat c. Participants who raise $250 will receive a WSSRA hoodie 7. Remember - You can give copies of the pledge sheets to friends, relatives, or others to collect sponsors for you. The more people you have collect pledges for you, the less you will have to do. Registration begins at 12:30pm, Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Circle Bowl, 7244 Circle, Forest Park. 10. Each bowler must be present with his/her pledge sheet and money for pledges collected at the registration desk before bowling. 11. All bowlers under the age of 18 must have the pledge sheet signed by a parent or guardian before bowling. Parent or guardian must be present during the full duration of the event.

4 Como funciona el evento? Este año el Bowl-A-Thon estera en conjunto con WSSRA Saturday Bowling 1. Usted, el jugador, debe exforsarse para obtener el mayor numero de personas que quisieran contribuir dinero y hacerlos llenar la hoja de participacion. 2. Cada jugador se espera jugar dos juegos y obtener su forma de inscripcion con un minimo de $25. Si gustan, una familia puede compartir los juegos. (por decir: tomar turnos a tirar la pelota de bolo. Premios de incentivo - NUEVO este año! a. Los participantes que recauden $50 o más recibirán una botella de agua WSSRA b. Los participantes que recauden $100 recibirán un gorro WSSRA c. Los participantes que recauden $250 recibirán una capucha/sudadera de WSSRA 7.
