1 TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION OF WYOMING The Transportation Commission of Wyoming met in the Commission Room of the Transportation Headquarters building in Cheyenne on June 24, The teleconference was convened at 8:30 a.m. by Chairman Monk. Mr. Fredrick presented the bid tabulations from the letting held June 17, 2010, in Sheridan. The FHWA concurred with this decision. 2. Mr. Fredrick presented the following bids from the Federal Highway Administration, Central Federal Lands Highway Division, Project Number WY HPP 4-1(6). The project involves replacement of the Beartooth Lake outlet bridge and reconstruction of associated roadway bridge approaches, to include historic bridges interpretive site, lake overview parking area, and Beartooth Lake Campground approach road and intersection. The project is located on U.S. Highway 212 (Beartooth Highway), in Park County. The Federal Highway Administration, Central Federal Lands Highway Division, administered the project design, let the contract, and reviewed and accepted the bid provided by American Civil Constructors, Inc., of Littleton, Colorado.

Mr. Fredrick presented the following bid tabulations from WYDOT Project B The project will provide chip sealing and pavement striping on Brannon Road, Tough Creek Road, and West Shoreline Drive in Boysen State Park, in Fremont County. Wyoming State Parks and Historic Sites designed the project, let the contract, and reviewed and accepted the bid provided by Dave s Asphalt, Inc., of Riverton, Wyoming. It was recommended by Mr. Fredrick, moved by Commissioner Hladky, seconded by Commissioner McCormick, and carried to approve reimbursement through the State Park Road Fund for invoices approved by the Wyoming State Parks and Historic Sites in accordance with the project memorandum of understanding. 4. It was moved by Commissioner Hladky, seconded by Commissioner McCormick, and carried to adjourn the meeting. Chairman Monk adjourned the meeting at 9:00 a.m., on Thursday, June 24, 2010.
