2 Indoor European Cup RYBOMANIA 2014 ANGLING FAIR CUP Please be informed that the Polish Angling Association in Poznań, "Rybomania 2014" Angling Fair are organizers of the International Indoor Casting Sport Competition, which will comprise all the events included in casting sport pentathlon. We have the great pleasure to inform you that ICSF responded positively to our request concerning raising the prestige and reputation of the event and, pursuant to a Management decision, assigned it the status of Indoor European Cup The event will take place on 22 February 2014 (Saturday), in Exhibition Building No. 1 at the Poznań International Fair site. The contest is an integral part of a grand angling event that will take place in Poznań, namely the "Rybomania 2014" Angling Fair. Mr. Przemysław Pacia, Deputy Governor of the Wielkopolskie Province, has become the patron of the event. Participation: All contestants of the World Cup 2013 starting list, National Teams from European Countries, the Polish National Team, Poland Cup 2013 starting list contestants, and individually invited contestants may take part in the contest. Competition rankings: Contestants will be ranked in the following groups: - Individual, categories: women and men. - Team: any 3-member teams. Cost of participating in the contest The charge is: PLN per person (contestants, coaches and accompanying persons). The fee covers the following services by the organizer: - accommodation in Hotel 500 Tarnowo Podgórne, including: 1 night: 21 / 22 February 2014, double rooms (single rooms available for an extra charge of PLN per person) - 21 February 2014 Dinner Hotel February 2014 Breakfast Hotel 500 Lunch, beverages at the event site (catering) Cups, plaques, gifts and other memorabilia. Please be informed that you may book an extra night on 22 / 23 February 2014, for an extra charge of PLN per person. 3 Dear Sir, Dear Madam, The Organization of Indoor Casting Sport Contest is a great challenge for us, which can only be achieved with the outstanding cooperation of the Management of the International Poznań Fair. This is also an extraordinary opportunity to promote Casting among the community of the Wielkopolska region as well as numerous international delegations and tours from across Poland, who will visit a perfectly organized and at the same time very interesting fair event, full of surprises and innovative ideas, which Rybomania 2014 will certainly become. As you know, last year's casting sport competitions and shows were very popular among the public; therefore, we try to continue this interesting cycle of competitions, inextricably linked with the Angling Fair. I have the great pleasure to inform you that ICSF Authorities complied with our request to assign the status of European Indoor Casting Sport Cup to the event, while Kurt Klarnet, President of ICSF, assured us of his presence at the event. According to our estimations, "Rybomania" will be visited by ca. 25 thousand people, and I am sure that a large group of these people will applaud our competition. The competition will also provide a fantastic opportunity for advertising the largest sport event - the World Championships, which will be held in Szamotuły during 3-7 September 2014 at SZOSiR facilities. I hope that all the contestants in the European Casting Sport Cup - Rybomania 2014 Angling Fair Cup will be good local ambassadors of such an extraordinary event as the "Szamotuły 2014" World Casting Sport Championships, the organization of which was assigned by ICSF Congress to the Polish Angling Association in Poznań. You are greatly welcome to take part in the competition, which is of utmost importance for the casting sport in Poland, and we wish you outstanding personal bests, together with unforgettable memories from the "Rybomania" Fair, and last but not least - a nice stay in Wielkopolska, the land of neverending hospitality.
