31 Council Meeting Minutes for October19, 2010 AS 45 Currently the feast pre-registration is closed, but we are having a 1 day only procrastinator's special. The first 10 people who bring their payment to council tonight will be admitted to the feast. We are still in need of a few more servers and another dishwasher. Those who volunteer for these positions need to only pay the $5 site fee, but will be fed the full feast for your hard work! Please note: - No need for extra tables or chairs, we have plenty! - Please remember that this is a DRY SITE! No alcohol is allowed on site. Also no food or drink on the carpets please! - Don t forget your feast gear! - There will also be a light lunch available at no extra charge while the A&S competition is going on. Those interested in judging for A&S should contact William directly. Tentative Schedule for the Event: 9:30am Gate Opens 10:00am Opening Court 10:30am 3:30pm A&S Competition (we will have a lunch break) 10:30am - 3:30pm a game competition - NEW JUST ADDED Vivien has agreed to run a little competition during the day so if you feel like playing 9 Men's Morris or Goose, join us. There will be prizes awarded.
