Arnbijorg has asked to be in charge of hospitality the fieldhouse for the fighters. She will be looking for help. It was found out that we may be able to buy water from Coopers directly. Stierbach was well represented on all the fields. 17 of the 40 members of the champion archery team was Atlantian and 13 of those were from Stierbach. There were 10 to 15 combat archers on the field. We tied in the war. Everyone had fun. Camp walls need to be power washed and re painted. Pennsic locker payment due soon, it should be close to $477. Virginia storage unit is due September 1 st. The discussion of how the Barony could get a trailer/make a locker Grimm will look into what it would take for the Barony owning one. Also figuring out whether it was worth getting one. Vote Financial committee voted to pay the Virginia Storage locker fee not to exceed $1700. It passed. Financial committee voted to pay Pennsic Storage fee in PA fee not to exceed $500. It passed. Grimm s Financial Report: Baronial Birthday made $16.27 Sara- The Equestrian award process is going well.

2 Gunora- New Chatelaine is needed as of December. Ii- By June a new Seneschal is needed. Minster of Youth is also needed. Holiday Faire: Grimm will be starting the call for merchants. There will be no fee increases. It will be a royal progress. Richard Wymarc will run Silent Auction. Baronial Birthday 2016 Johanna and Ceridwen discussed that they will be having it in September. They were looking at Faqucier but they going to be building a recreational building there and the path behind the archery range will be turned into an equestrian path. The people running the fairgrounds don t know what is going on. They were looking at September 17 th, 10 th or Labor weekend. Ceridwen contacted Mors and he said Southern Heritage Farm is available the 24 th. It would have to be an unofficial event if we went with that date. September probably won t work. They are still looking for a location and a date. 50 Year: Camp? Ii can no longer come to the monthly practices at the church on Tuesdays. He can have Thursday night practice in Centreville.
