2 We are delighted to welcome you all to the World Aviation Soccer 7 s Tournament! With many teams from Airlines and Airline related industries participating, social events and two days filled with the beautiful game of soccer, this event is all set to be a highly enjoyable and memorable occasion for all. Team Captain Responsibilities prior to the Tournament: This year, team captains will be given two waiver forms that each of their players must complete prior to the tournament. Team Captains are responsible for collecting all completed waiver forms and handing them into the Tournament Staff the morning of the tournament, at least 30 minutes before the team s first game. Player Responsibilities prior to the Tournament: 1. You should receive 2 waiver forms from your Team Captains. Each player must complete both forms and return them to their team captains prior to the commencement of the tournament. Any player that has not completed and submitted both waiver forms will be unable to participate in the tournament. 2. At least 30 minutes prior to the team s first game, each player must go to the registration desk situated at the soccer field and present their Aviation Employee Identification where they will receive a tournament t-shirt. Any player not presenting Aviation related ID will be unable to participate in the tournament.

Thursday morning, the tournament will kick off at 9am sharp at the National Training Center fields in Clermont. Games are estimated to finish around 3pm.

Players are to present their aviation employee ID to tournament staff at least 30 minutes prior to their first game.

Meet at 8:30pm and look for the special roped off area for tournament players inside. Arrive promptly to ensure no-one steals your free drink!

Thursday Evening Social Event Our evening social event is at The Tilted Kilt on International Drive! Meet at 8:30pm and look for the special roped off area for tournament players inside. Arrive promptly to ensure no-one steals your free drink! Post Game Optional Extra: FOOTGOLF! On the way back from the fields to your hotel, why not play a round of FootGolf at Windermere Country Club! 18 holes takes approximately 1 and half - 2 hours to play and costs $20 green fee each player. End of Tournament Party This year our end of Tournament Party is being held at the exclusive Mango s, one of Orlando s newest go-to entertainment

4 On Friday the games will again kick off promptly at 9am. The group games will be completed and then play offs will begin. Following the Co-Ed, Men s Over 35 and Mens Open Finals, awards will be presented to the winning teams at the soccer fields. End of Tournament Party This year our end of Tournament Party is being held at the exclusive Mango s, one of Orlando s newest go-to entertainment venues! Mango s is a showcase of international talent, cuisine and entertainment. Players are to meet in the Mojito Lounge at 8:30pm and entrance fees have been waived for Tournament participants.
