6 Booth and A/V Needs The exhibit showcase will be held in the space outside the general session room. The room is fully carpeted. Your 6 table with drape is complimentary with your Sponsorship. Electricity, internet, extension cords, and A/V requirements will need to be ordered through the hotel at an additional cost to you. Please use common sense and good judgment when leaving items in the showcase area unattended. Be aware that there will be food and beverage served in and around the showcase area so be sure to protect property appropriately. 7 Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate Neither the National Association of Neonatal Therapists nor Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate maintains insurance covering exhibitor s property. It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance insuring any losses by exhibitor. Shipping You may send your exhibitor materials beginning March 15 th through April 7 th. Please make sure to use the Warehouse shipping label to ship your materials to Freeman, the official exhibitor services contractor for the NANT Conference. Freeman will transport to Omni and set up the booths. If you are unable to ship your product to their warehouse by April 7 th, you may use the Show Site shipping label to ship your product. Please make sure your product does not arrive on show site prior to April 14 th. Please ship all items to using the shipping labels below. Print and adhere to each box you send. It is important for you to keep your tracking number. If there are any issues with your shipment you will need your tracking number. Option #1 (Warehouse - Recommended Click here to download your shipping labels to send your materials to warehouse between March 15 th through April 7 th. Freeman will transport all materials to show site. Option #2 (Straight to Show site) Click here to download your shipping labels to send your materials straight to show site (Omni). Materials cannot arrive prior to April 14 th. Ship all exhibitor items via Freeman. Shipping directly to hotel will incur fees which are not incurred when shipping via Freeman. Simply print the shipping labels and fill them out with your company information and booth number and ship to Freeman. It is very important that you use the provided shipping labels so that Freeman can clearly identify what event you are with NANT Conference

8 Sponsor Directory In order to have your company represented in the 2016 Sponsor Directory, please click here and scroll down the page to Step 3 and button Upload Current Logo and Contact Information to submit your company name, logo (may be in color), contact information of choice, and website url NO LATER THAN Monday, March 2 5:00pm EST (no exceptions). Logos may be submitted as vector art (illustrator file) or jpeg file saved in highest resolution. If you were a vendor at the 2015 NANT Conference and wish for NANT to use the same logo and contact information in the 2016 directory, please let us know by clicking the button in Step 3 called Upload Current Log & Contact Information and choose I have no changes. 10 Hotel Information & Directions 2016 NANT Conference Transportation options from the airport FROM ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Take the South exit to 417 South. Take 417 South and follow the signs to I-4 West. Take I-4 West 3 miles past the Walt Disney World Resort exits to Exit 58. Take Exit 58 and bear right to the ChampionsGate main entrance. Driving Directions DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH VIA FLORIDA TURNPIKE NORTH Follow the Florida Turnpike North to Exit 249, Osceola Parkway, and turn left. Follow Osceola Parkway to the Greenway (417). Take 417 South and follow the signs to I-4 West. Take I-4 West to Exit 58. Once you exit, make a right onto ChampionsGate Boulevard. At the second stop light, turn right onto Masters Boulevard. The hotel is on the left. DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH VIA FLORIDA TURNPIKE SOUTH Follow the Turnpike South from Ocala Take Turnpike South to exit 259 to I-4. Take I-4 West to exit 58. Once you exit, make a right onto ChampionsGate Blvd., and the resort will be two traffic lights down on your right. DIRECTIONS FROM THE EAST VIA I-4 WEST Follow I-4 West. Take Exit 58. Bear right off the ramp. Pass through the gates of ChampionsGate. At the second stop light, turn right onto Masters Boulevard. The hotel is on the left. 10
