4 2017 Vendor Information Vendor Showcase 2017 As a Vendor, you will benefit from multiple networking opportunities and exposure through the following: Full Conference Registration Make contact with attendees outside the Vendor Showcase as the Vendor Registration Fee includes one full registration to the LC&VS. Increased Promotional Support Receive direct access to the attendees addresses to boost your marketing and sales efforts prior to the event, and a complete list of attendees following the event. A description of your company s product or service will be included in all attendee information packets. Information for Vendor Displays: Shipping Packages must be labeled with the guest s name, date of function, and Orca Ballroom. Packages may not arrive more than 3-days prior to the event. Vendor/owner will be responsible for making outbound shipping arrangements. Shipping Address Tulalip Resort, Quil Ceda Blvd., Tulalip, WA Vendor Display Your booth will have prominent exposure as it is set in the same room as the Leadership Conference meetings, the Orca Ballrooms. Each space will be 12 ft. wide by 10 ft. deep. Each booth will be equipped with pipe and drape, exhibitor signage, two chairs and skirted table. Any needed electrical power will be provided upon request. The Orca Ballrooms have free Wi-Fi. Install Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 2:00pm. Vendor Showcase Opens at 6:00pm Dismantle Tuesday, September 19, 2017, 12:00pm, but no later than 3:00pm! Insurance & Liability Each vendor must maintain adequate insurance to cover injury, loss, or damage to the general public, their employees and property, and the Tulalip Resort property.
