5 PAPA Annual Asphalt Pavement Conference is held on behalf of those involved in the design, production and paving of Asphalt, and the customers we serve. Sessions will appeal to all segments of the industry from small contractors to large asphalt producers, governmental and private sector pavement owners, pavement specifiers, consultant engineers and architects. The purpose of the conference will be to present current information on procedures, methods, equipment and specifications involved with design, production and placing of quality asphalt pavements and to provide good opportunities for interaction among industry participants.
