5 VENDOR SPONSORSHIP To: GASFA Vendors From: Searcy Jackson, Executive Director RE: New Sponsorship Club Program If the recipient of this letter would please see that the appropriate person receives such, it would be greatly appreciated. The, GASFA, appreciates very much your support and brings you greetings and wishes for a most successful year. Through the additional support of twenty seven (27) vendors, GASFA was able to assist with the expense for twenty two (22) school systems to attend our conference last year. These were representatives of school systems that otherwise would not have been fortunate to attend due to the additional budget restrictions brought on by economic downturn. In addition, GASFA was able to cover the standard parking fees for all school members to help defray the cost of their stay. It appears that many school systems will be faced with tight budgets again this year. GASFA would like to continue in assisting school system representatives that may not be allowed to attend the 2015 conference, hopefully, expanding participation with systems that have not attended in the past. The booth fee is $500. We would urge you to consider joining our Sponsorship Club. Again this year GASFA is offering three levels of membership: Regular Level at $900.00, Gold Level at $1, and Silver at $ Each level will provide additional privileges and special recognition throughout the conference along with the vendor booth registration.
