4 Partner Prize Chest Networking Opportunity New this year to our Trade Show is the Partner Prize Chest. This will take the place of the Partner Passport. All Industry Partners are invited to join the Partner Prize Chest during the 2018 Virginia Assisted Living Annual Fall Conference & Trade Show. This fun networking experience allows sponsors to collect contact informa on from poten al customers and par cipants. How will this work? 1. All Sponsors exhibi ng that have prizes (gi baskets, gi cards, ye coolers, hotel stays, televisions, flowers, etc.) will no fy VALA of what they have to give away. 2. VALA will provide a prize chest labeled with the sponsors prize. For example, a chest might say Gi Basket courtesy of ABCXYZ Pharmacy. These chests will be on display in the exhibi on hall. 3. Each Industry Partner that has a booth will be given 100 double ckets to be shared with booth guests. When an a endee visits the exhibit booth, the Industry Partner can collect informa on from the a endee, ask the a endee what they know about their products and services, or can use their own discre on as to how they will interact with the a endee. In exchange, the Industry Partner can issue a cket to the a endee. 4. The a endee has the op on to deposit half their cket in the bucket of their choice to be eligible to win prizes. For example, if the a endee collects 15 ckets, they can choose to drop their ckets in one chest or in several chests. The a endee will keep the other half of the cket. 5. At 1:30 PM on October 23, 2018, the sponsors with door prizes will bring their prize items to the Prize Chest table. 6. Tickets will be drawn and announced by VALA staff during the luncheon at the Trade Show. There will be a drawing for each one of the chests. Winners must present their half of the cket in order to claim the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn. 7. Only the prizes donated for the Partner Prize Chest will be announced during the Trade Show. Unannounced prizes may be given away at the company s discre on. We hope this game will encourage more networking opportuni es for our Industry Partner Sponsors.
