5 14) Publicity Chair, The Brain-Mind Workshop (BMW), Beijing, China, 学术成就概述 : 陈教授在国家自然科学基金和 973 项目等支持下, 围绕时域信号自适应滤波的基本科学问题开展了深入系统的研究, 取得了两方面重要创新成果 :1) 提出了基于熵准则的时域信号自适应滤波理论与方法, 突破了以往以均方误差准则占主导的自适应信号处理模式, 提高了滤波器在非高斯噪声干扰下的收敛性能和对冲击噪声的鲁棒性, 丰富和发展了自适应滤波的理论与方法 ;2) 提出了量化核自适应滤波理论与方法, 解决了传统非线性自适应滤波方法所面临的计算复杂 容易陷入局部极值 逼近能力差等问题, 打破了传统核自适应滤波模型结构随着数据增加而持续增长的计算和存储瓶颈, 为实现高效和实用的非线性自适应滤波提供了理论依据和关键技术, 所提出的量化核自适应滤波算法被作为代表性算法写入 Matlab Toolbox 近年来, 陈教授的研究重点逐步转向神经信号分析与处理, 并取得重要成果 例如,i) 提出了加权的排序熵, 成功应用于视觉认知编解码 ;ii) 提出了基于核滤波的自适应逆控制方法, 成功实现了控制老鼠触觉神经元的放电活动 陈教授在国际著名刊物及会议发表学术论文 180 多篇, 其中 SCI 期刊论文近 100 篇 ( 含 IEEE 期刊论文 20 多篇 ) 同时, 撰写学术章节 3 章, 学术专著 2 部, 其中以第一作者撰写的英文学术专著 (Elsevier 出版 ) 被国际计算评论 (Computing Reviews) 评选为 2013 年 Notable Book 所发表学术论文在 Google Scholar Citations 中被引用 1700 多次 ( 单篇最高被引 180 多次 ),Web of Science 中被引近 1000 次 ( 他引 600 多次 ),3 篇论文获 ESI 高被引论文 ( 前 1%), 1 篇论文获 ESI 热点论文 ( 前 0.1%) 引文作者来自数十个国家和地区, 涵盖信号处理 机器学习 系统控制 应用数学和神经工程等多个领域的著名学者, 包括美国工程院院士 英国皇家科学院院士 加拿大工程研究院院士 中国科学院院士以及 30 余位 IEEE Fellow 数名 Thomson Reuters 高被引学者, 引文中均对陈教授的研究工作给予了积极正面的评价 陈教授目前是电气及电子工程师协会 (IEEE) 高级会员, 国际认知与发展系统 专业委员会委员, 中国人工智能学会脑机融合与生物机器智能专业委员会委员, 中 国康复技术转化及发展促进会智能康复专业委员会委员 获邀担任多个著名国际学 术会议的程序委员及多个著名国际期刊的副主编或编委 获第八批陕西省 百人计 划 特聘教授 陕西省 西咸新区沣西新城杰出人才 及 三秦人才津贴 论文及专著 : Journal Papers 1) Lu Lu, Haiquan Zhao, Badong Chen, Robust Adaptive Algorithm for Smart Antenna System with α-stable Noise.
