4 Media Guide for the Closing Ceremony of Nanjing 媒体准入政策 Media Access Policy 闭幕式现场准入政策 1. 有固定座席的媒体凭 身份注册卡 + 标贴 (2c 及以上权限 ) + 门票 可以通行看台区 一层内环道 媒体工作间 ; 2. 在内场或其他特殊位置工作, 无固定座席的媒体凭 身份注册卡 + 标贴 + 辅助通行物 ( 电视转播背心 摄影马夹 ) 可以通行内场特殊位置 看台区 一层内环道 媒体工作间 ; 3. 持票媒体可以从奥体中心北门 东门 南门 西便门进入 ; Access to the Stadium 1.Media personnel with designated seats Media personnel with designated seats should use their Youth Olympic Accreditation Card (YOAC), Sticker ( 2C and above entitlements) and Ticket for the Closing Ceremony to gain access to the seating area, the inner ring road on the 1st floor and the Media Workroom; 2.Media personnel without designated seats Media personnel without designated seats who will work in the infield or other special positions should use their YOAC, Sticker and Supplementary Access Control Devices (BIB and Photo VEST) to gain access to special positions in the infield, the seating area, the inner ring road on the 1st floor and the Media Workroom; 3.Ticket-holding media personnel can enter the Olympic Sports Centre from the North Gate, East Gate, South Gate and West Side Gate.

Media personnel can enter the MMC with their YOAC but cannot enter the Closing Ceremony venue, i.e., the Olympic Sports Centre Stadium; 2. On 28 August 2014, non-ticket-holding media personnel have to enter through the media dedicated security check passage at the North Gate; from 13:00-18:00 on the day, media personnel who arrive at the East Gate, South Gate and West Side Gate can take the shuttle buses to the North Gate for security screening before they enter the Olympic Sports Centre (see Media Transport section).

10 Media Guide for the Closing Ceremony of Nanjing 2014 Pedestrian Flows for Access to the Closing Ceremony To Media Seating Area Route 1: Walk to Column 10 and get to the platform on the 2nd floor through the stairway beside the column. Enter the media stand through the west entrance, and get to the media seating area on the 2nd floor. To the seating area on the 4th to 6th floors, please take the elevator 12 or stairway 8. Route 2: Walk to passage A, and get to passage D along the inner ring road. The elevator 12 on both sides of passage D and the media dedicated stairway can be used to get to the media seating area on the 2nd floor (the elevator can go directly to the 2nd - 6th floors). To Media Workroom The Media Workroom is located at the inner ring road between passage A and passage D. Enter the North Gate, walk to passage A, and get to the Media Workroom along the inner ring road. To Media Dining Hall Enter the North Gate, turn left at the outer ring road, walk to Column 33 and get to the Media Dining Hall.

To Press Conference Room Route 1: Media personnel can leave the platform on the 2nd floor of the Stadium through the West Entrance to go (clockwise) to the Press Conference Room of MMC. Route 2: Media personnel can also choose to go through Passage D, and turn left walking along the outer ring road of the Stadium (counter clockwise) to the Press Conference Room of MMC.
