Players are not more than Players who can play this tournament will be announced on TLPGA website on August, 12, Format The tournament will be played over 54 holes (3 rounds) stroke play. The number of participants is equal to or less than 108. The cut line for the final round will be at the top 50 pros (including ties). All the pros participating the final round will win the purse money. 8 Register 1. All players should register by themselves, and pay the entry fee and first two round fee. 2.Date:August,29(Mon.) & August,31(Wed.) 10:00~15:00 3. The fee of R1&R2 will be collected when you register. 9 Entry Fee 1.TLPGA Tour member:nt$2,000 2.CLPGA Tour member: RMB Non-TLPGA Tour nor Non-CLPGA member:nt$3,500 4.CLPGA Tour member please pay your entry fee via website when you turn out your entry, if you want to pay your entry fee at register, only RMB can be accepted.. 10 Practice & Practice Fee 1. Please reserve your practice time at start. Practice alone is not allowed. 2. Date: September29(Mon.): tee off 1 st Tee:08:30~11:00/10 th Tee: 08:30~11:00 September 31(Wed.): tee off 1 st Tee: 06:30~11:00 tee off 10 th Tee : 06:30~11:00(9 holes only-if you wish to continue you must reserve your practice time at starter for tee1,players who practice 9 holes or 18 holes need to pay the 18 holes fee.) 3. You may bring your own caddy upon your advance declaration. 2. Fee: Each round: House caddie:nt$1,980 (one by one) Own caddie: NT$1,080 The fee of R1&R2 will be collected when you register, final day s will be collected on 03, September morning before you tee off. 3. To use your own caddie need to pay green fee. 4. All players cannot be the caddie in tournament week. 12 Official Hotel 1. All players should keep the locker clean on the end of tournament. 2. Please take away your golf bag every day. 14 Payment during tournament 15 Draw sheet of R1 16 Pro-Am/ Ceremony Only cash can be accepted. Will be announced at 16:00 on information board on August,31 (Wednesday).And announced on TLPGA website and CLPGA website at 20: Players scheduled play in pro-am is required to play and attend all the pro-am functions. 2. Players who entry final round are required to attend the ceremony. 17 Climate The weather in Taiwan is very changeable at this season. Sometime it is warm but other time is cool. You will be advised to bring some wind protecting cloths or rain wear just in case. 18 Flight You may arrange any airlines carrier by yourself that is the most convenient and the most attractive price & routing. The name of airport is TAIPEI / Tao Yuan Intl. Airport. 19 Passport Please check your passport to make sure if it is valid for more than six months with appropriate visa or three months left when you enter Taiwan if you are exempted from the visa. Please consult it with your travel agent. 20 Payment of prize money 21 Provided by tournament The prize money shall be transferred to your account after the tournament, The 20% local tax & 5% of the levy of TLPGA shall be deducted from your earnings. For the government tax purpose, your passport copy shall be submitted to TLPGA when you register the appearance on the site. Please have your passport copied and bank details in advance. 1. September 01~03, the committee provide all players a meal for free. Also the committee provide water and fruit. 2.
