Par 3 and Practice Rounds Package: available at either the Lookaway Inn or the Rosemary Inn, this package is Monday-Thursday and includes badges and hospitality access for Tuesday and Wednesday. Final Rounds Birdie Package: available at the Lookaway Inn only, this package is Friday-Monday and includes and hospitality access for Saturday and Sunday. Final Rounds Hole in One Package: available at the Rosemary Inn only, this package is Thursday- Monday and includes and hospitality access for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Can I keep my badge as a souvenir? Badge distribution will take place each morning at Club Magnolia. All badges need to be returned at the end of each day to the badge check out desk to avoid any fines. You may not keep your badges as souvenirs. When can I arrive to the course? Inspirato will provide shuttle service to Club Magnolia each morning from the Rosemary Inn beginning at 7 a.m. It is about a 20 minute drive door-to-door, but exact time depends heavily on local traffic. Transportation to and from the course is provided by Club Magnolia on a continuing basis every day. Due to heavy traffic, it is common for Club Magnolia guests to walk to the course entrance. Transportation from the Rosemary Inn will begin at 7 a.m. each morning. You are welcome to pick up your badge upon arrival at Club Magnolia. Can I drop my bags and go to the course on my arrival day? Yes, you can leave your bags at your accommodations and once your room is ready, your Inspirato representative will take your bags up to your room. Does Inspirato provide chair runners who can place my chair early in the morning before the course opens? No, Inspirato does not provide this service. What is the dress code at the Masters? Please reference the packing list for recommendations. Smart golf attire is recommended for daily wear at Augusta National; small brand logos on clothing are permitted, but not preferred or recommended. Smart casual attire is appropriate for Inspirato hosted cocktail reception and dinner.

24 Are extra badges available for last-minute requests? Last-minute requests for badges will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee badge availability or price, but will make every effort to procure additional badges when requested. What are the cell phone and camera policies on Augusta National? Cameras are allowed on Practice Round days only: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Cell phones are not allowed inside Augusta National at any time and we recommend leaving them in your room. If you choose to bring your cell phone to Club Magnolia, there is a complimentary phone-check at the hospitality club. What is the best way to purchase Masters merchandise? Masters merchandise can be purchased only from one of the merchandise stands/shops at Augusta National Golf Club and only during the Masters Tournament. For your convenience, shipping of your purchase is available at the merchandise shops and we highly recommend taking advantage of this option. Can I bring an inflatable mattress to accommodate extra people in my room? No. Additional mattresses are not permitted per our hotel contract. Pricing is set at a maximum of two travelers per room. If I have friends not staying with Inspirato, can they attend the food and beverage events? Yes. The cost to join our cocktail reception is $75 and the dinner is $100 per person. Please make arrangements with your Member Services team. Are late checkouts available? Late checkouts are not available but your Inspirato team will be happy to store your luggage until your departure time and make suggestions on how to best spend your time in Augusta. Do I need to attend all events included in this experience? You may choose to attend any of the included events that you wish, however, there will not be any refunds for events you do not attend.

25 What is the maximum number of times that I can enter/exit the course? As long as you scan your badge each time you enter and exit the course, you can access the course as many times as you like. Augusta National is known to have very strict course policies and from time to time they deny entry past certain hours. We advise coming back to the course before 4 p.m. on tournament days if you choose to leave in the afternoon. Please note that Inspirato is not liable if you fail to scan your badge when leaving the course. Are badges transferable? No your badges are not transferable. All badges must be returned to Club Magnolia at the end of each day. Please note that Inspirato is not liable if you fail to scan your badge when leaving the course. Can I play the Augusta National Golf Course through Inspirato? No. Your Inspirato team can make arrangements for you to play at a local course, but Augusta National is strictly open to its members only and is additionally restricted during the Masters. What food and beverage options are available at the course? Limited food such as packaged sandwiches, beer, soda, water, iced tea, ice cream, and coffee are available inside Augusta National. Included in your package is access to Club Magnolia, which supplies food and beverage at no additional cost from 7 a.m. 6 p.m. What is Inspirato providing for food and beverage options? Your package will include daily breakfast, a cocktail reception with appetizers, an Inspirato welcome dinner, and any food and beverage at Club Magnolia. Can I bring food on the course? No. Outside food and beverages are prohibited inside the Augusta National gates. Where do I check in? Inspirato has taken over two bed and breakfasts in North Augusta and they are located across the street from one another. Your Member Services team will advise you where to check in based on your reservation.

26 Do my accommodations have WiFi? Yes. Are the cocktail receptions hosted by Inspirato? Yes, the cocktail reception includes hors d'oeuvres and is hosted by Inspirato on-site staff. Do I need a rental car? Once you arrive at your accommodations, you can rely on Inspirato-provided transportation to and from Club Magnolia and dinner reservations. Transportation to and from the airport is not included in your package. If you would like to book airport transfers at additional cost, please contact your Member Services team. If you decide to rent a car, we recommend using our preferred partner, Avis, for any rental car needs in order to receive member-only benefits such as up to 20% off and guaranteed two-car class upgrades (based on availability). How do I get to and from my dinner reservations? Inspirato has partnered with Cadillac to provide luxury service to and from dinner. What is included with our access to Club Magnolia? With exclusive access to Club Magnoolia, Inspirato members will be provided food, beverage, and entertainment at no additional cost. The club offers complimentary cell phone checks while you enjoy your time on course. Parking is available for an additional $54.00 per day fee. Is there a grocery store/liquor store/pharmacy close to my accommodations? Yes, all above options are available about two miles from your stay. Your Inspirato team is happy to assist in making purchases for your party. Are there any good restaurants in Augusta and do I need reservations in advance? Yes, there are some wonderful restaurant options available in Augusta and your Member Services team will be happy to make recommendations and reservations. Advance reservations are recommended as restaurants get booked quite some time in advance.

27 Is there pre-arrival grocery shopping service available? No. Inspirato does not offer this service. Meals are included per the itinerary. Will airport transportation be available? Transportation to and from the airport is not included. However, your Inspirato team would be happy to arrange a transfer for your party for an additional fee. To arrange airport transfers, please contact your Member Services team. Can my Member Services team book my flight reservations? No, Inspirato does not book flight reservations for members. What if my flight is delayed or canceled? Please contact the Inspirato Experiences team at masters@inspirato.com or call Kylee Glaser at We recommend buying trip insurance so you are prepared for any unforeseen situations. All sales through Inspirato will be final and non-refundable. What does my package include? Please review the itinerary for your daily event schedule. What will the weather be like? The conditions can be inconsistent with average highs of 78 degrees and lows of 48 degrees, but potential for rain and wind gusts can make it seem much colder. Please bring appropriate layers to the course in addition to sun protection. We also recommend checking the current weather a few days prior to your trip so you can be prepared for any unseasonable weather. If I am bringing guests, can I change them? Yes, there is no fee for name changes. At least one Inspirato Member from your party must attend the experience. Please notify your Member Services team of any participant changes. You will be asked to fill out a new guest information form for your new guest.

28 What is the cancellation policy for this experience? This event is 100% non-refundable. What is the rain out policy? In the event that rain causes cancellation or delay, all purchases are non-refundable, including any Practice, Par 3, and Tournament Day badges. Can I split up a package? No. Members can buy multiple packages, but packages cannot be separated from their inclusions. PACKING LIST GENERAL PACKING RECOMMENDATIONS Course Restrictions Please reference the list below for the items that are not permitted in the race area. Necessities Carry any necessities including travel documents, money, medications, and other vital supplies in your carry-on bag and not in your checked luggage. Carry-On Pack a change of clothing and any essentials (including toiletries) in a carry-on bag in the unlikely event your luggage is delayed or lost by the airlines. Check with the Travel Security Administration (TSA) to determine which items are suitable for carry-on baggage and which items should be packed in your checked luggage. If you plan to lock your luggage, use a TSA-approved security device. Be prepared for cooler weather: Average April temperatures in Augusta range from a high of 75 to a low of 65. We also recommend checking the current weather (weather.com) a few days prior to your trip so you can be prepared for any unseasonable conditions. 28
