2 FORMAT FOR THE EVENT 18 th July Registration in the Clubhouse Restaurant at the Golf Club from 9:00am pm 18 th July OPENING CEREMONY IN THE CLUBHOUSE RESTAURANT AT THE GOLF 7.00pm 19 th July First round of the 54 hole Championship 20 th July Second round of the 54 hole Championship 21 st July Final round of the 54 hole Championship 21 st July PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY IN THE CLUBHOUSE RESTAURANT AT THE GOLF 7.00pm 22 nd July TEAM MATCH (qualifiers only) USA v REST OF THE WORLD for the GM- PROVIDENCE TROPHY GM PROVIDENCE WORLD TEAM CHALLENGE TROPHY The GM PROVIDENCE WORLD TEAM CHALLENGE TROPHY will be contested on the last day by qualification The top two USA and top two Rest of the World finishers in the Boys & Girls 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, and year old age groups will make their respective teams. The competition will be match play within each age group. One point is awarded for a win, and half a point is earned for a tie. The team with the most points upon completion of play will be awarded the GM PROVIDENCE WORLD TEAM CHALLENGE TROPHY. Players tying for first or second in the 54 whole event will have a scorecard playoff to determine the team members. Ties will be broken by the last round score, last 9 holes, last 6 holes, last 3 holes and then the last hole played going back on the scorecard.
