We are sorry to see Chris leave, but we thank him for all his hard work at EACC, and we wish him and his family nothing but the best in their future endeavors. The Golf Committee, headed by Chairman and Board Member Vince Rowland, is already hard at work on the search for a new Head Professional. An interview and selection committee of members from a broad cross section of our Club will conduct interviews with potential candidates, and will make a recommendation to the Board in the coming weeks. We look forward to building on the progress made in recent years in all areas of our golf operations. 5 Trivia Night Saturday, March 5, 2016 Back by popular demand the Ladies Associates Board is sponsoring TRIVIA NIGHT on Saturday, March 5th at 7:00 p.m. sharp! This will be one of the 100th Year Anniversary events. A team consists of 1 to 4 players and guests are welcome. The cost is $10.00 per player. Come early and enjoy a discounted buffet and drink specials. Please contact the club for reservations by Saturday February 27th. If you have any questions please contact Deb Ruschmann. Nancy Penfold would like to thank Cathy Melas, Deb Ruschmann, Denise Tait and Judy Utz for making and donating 110 blankets, 133 pillowcases and 28 newborn blanket and hat sets to Roswell and Childrens Hospital this holiday season. If you are interested in learning how to make the blankets please contact Deb Ruschmann who has graciously volunteered to have a class in how to do so. BOWLING NEWS: Social bowling for February will be Saturday, February 20th at the 11th Frame (formerly Victoria Lanes) at 4:00 PM. PROVING ONCE AGAIN THAT EAST AURORA COUNTRY CLUB IS A CLUB WITH CHARACTER Our LAST bowling date of the season will be Saturday March 12. As usual we will follow up with dinner at the club,.
