He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary arts in Sacramento, California and then ventured all over the west coast as an executive chef. Following that experience, he moved to Aspen, Colorado where he was a chef for 8 years. Chef Coyan is part owner of the Bunker Grill located at Snyder Country Club and we are currently enjoying his expertise in the kitchen at Bentwood Country Club. Oysters Rockefeller 8oz chopped spinach 1 garlic clove minced1oz white wine 2oz heavy whipping cream 1oz panko bread crumbs1tbsp olive oil 1oz parmesan cheese Sautee garlic and spinach in olive oil until cooked. Add white wine and then heavy cream. Cook on low heat until cream thickens to your desire. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place spoonful of mixture onto oysters sprinkle parmesan cheese and panko on top and cook in oven on broil setting for 2 minutes. Enjoy! Club is closed Tuesday, May 26th! Consisting of Levels 1 through 3, the difficulty increases as you advance through each level and your Coach will guide you along the way. At each level, you will learn specific forms and skills to help you improve in the game. 5 Bentwood would like to welcome Scottie Moler, our 2015 Pool Manager. He will be offering swim lessons beginning May 11 providing an atmosphere of enjoyment and safety for all participants following the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim program. Scottie also has is American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification. Water safety is essential. The main goal of our swim lesson program is to teach young children to swim at their own level and enjoy the experience. Each child will have the opportunity to learn basic safety skills, survival skills, and, depending on the level of the class, stroke skills. Private & Semi-Private Lessons Starting May 11, individual lessons are booked by appointment only and times are flexible to accommodate participant needs with instructor availability. Prices per 1/2 hour are as follows. Private Semi Members...$18*($100) $10ea.($55) Member-sponsored...$25*($140) $15ea.
