4 SSMLY INSTRUTIONS 1 ssembly for top crossbars (&). Insert the pin of top crossbar () into the hole of top crossbar (). ttach a steel plate (Ml) to the crossbars. See ig. 1. Line up the holes, for each hole insert a short bolt (Mc) through a small metal washer (), through the steel plate (Ml) and secure into the crossbars. on t tighten completely. See ig. 2. Line up the holes, insert a long bolt (Md) through a small metal washer (), through the slim crossbar () and secure into canopy top bar (). on t tighten completely. See ig. 7. Repeat procedure for the other side and the remaining slim crossbars (&). djust the distance of the assembled top crossbars (, &,). Make sure they are parallel and symmetrical. Place top crossbars (&) onto top crossbars (&). See ig. 8 and ig. 9. Repeat procedure for the remaining slim crossbars. See ig. 10 and ig. 11. ttach a canopy top bar () to the top crossbar. Line up the hole, for each hole insert a long countersunk bolt (Mb) through the top crossbar () and secure into the canopy top bar (). Repeat procedure for the other side. See ig. 12. 6 7 ttach the post base (K) and base plate (L) to the leg post (). Line up the holes, for each hole insert a short countersunk bolt (Ma) through the plate (L) through post base (K) and secure into the leg post (). Tighten all bolts. See ig. 13. Repeat procedure for the remaining three leg posts. K L Ma ig. 13 Ma 8 Place the completed top frame onto four leg posts. Line up the holes, for each hole insert an M8 bolt (Me) through a large metal washer (Mg) through the bracket of the top crossbar and secure into the leg post (). on t tighten completely. See ig. 14. Repeat procedure for the remaining three leg posts. Securely tighten all bolts diagonally. Pull up the post base (K) and insert the lawn stakes (Mh) through the holes at the base plate into the ground to secure the pergola to the ground. 7 Pass the canopy fabric between the canopy top bar () and top crossbar () and through it in the direction of 9 the arrow.
