STRUTH was bumped at the break, corrected and pulled his way forward three wide and between rivals to take a short lead, briefly went clear leaving the far turn, was hooked by the winner mid way on the turn, failed to kick on with that one leaving the quarter pole, stayed on well to deep stretch then faded. WINPLACEORSHOWONO attended the earlypace between foes, eased back a bit nearing the half, came back some betweenrivals after three furlongs, pursued four wide into the lane but came up empty. EASY RIVER, away alertly, rated back off the early pace, circled five wide but lacked a solid stretch response. FEEL PROUD checked sharply nearing the first turn, regrouped and settled off the rail, commenced a run when put to pressure leaving the far turn, boldly advanced five wide into the lane, chased the winner from mid stretch and flattened out late. CHILLY BAY settled off the pace, departed the far turn three wide under a ride, swung five wide for the drive and offered up a mild kick.
