Stiffer test here 3. KAPELOI - Third behind Nadia Has on his first completed start at Fontainebleau this month. Respected here 4. SPIRIT SUN - Has some decent placed form over hurdles and makes his chase debut today 5. EPOPEE DU LARGE - Well beaten last of six finishers here behind Echiquier Royal in a Group Two chase earlier this month

2 6. WHETSTONE - Has won her last four here including two Listed and a Group Three hurdle. Leading player here A winner of five of her seven starts over hurdles (6) WHETSTONE has been placed in the other two. That includes a Group Three and two Listed wins in her last three starts. She should make a winning chase debut today. (3) KAPELOI was a decent third behind Nadia Has last time out and looks the main danger. (4) SPIRIT SUN and (2) MY POTTINGUER are next best. 3 Race 2 1. TZAR'S DANCER - Easy winner over hurdles on his reappearance at Lyon Parilly earlier this month. A former Listed and Group Three chase winner here and not ruled out despite top weight 2. DYLAINE - Fourth of eighteen here behind Silver Axe in a Listed handicap hurdle earlier this month. Won a handicap hurdle here in September and not without a chance today 3. CALCIUM - Third of six behind Capucine Du Chenet over hurdles at Compiegne this month. Ran well on his handicap debut here last month but more required today 4. BAGUETTE MAGIQUE - Won a handicap hurdle at Lyon Parilly earlier this month. Gets a 2 Kg penalty for that success and might find a few too good here today 5. YADISSIME - Won twice at Strasbourg last month including a handicap hurdle and a chase last time out. Four wins from eleven career starts but faces a stiff test here today 6. VICKING MAKER - Has not run since May 12th when a faller here in a Listed chase. Won a handicap hurdle here earlier this year and is not without a chance today 7. CANITIE - Won a hurdle race by two lengths from Call Of Duty at Les Sables last month. Having only her third handicap start today and unplaced in two previous attempts 8. VIC ROYAL - Sixth of eighteen here behind Silver Axe in a Listed handicap hurdle earlier this month. That was a decent effort and he can be in the mix here again today 9. DECEPTION ISLAND - Returned to winning ways in a hurdle race at Fontainebleau ten days ago. Gets a 2 Kg penalty for that success and faces a tougher test here today 10. MUKONZI HAS - Seventh of thirteen finishers here behind Le Chateau in a handicap hurdle twelve days ago. Plenty to find with a few of these from his run here earlier this month 11. LINO DROP - Second of eight behind Hector Warrior in a handicap hurdle at Angers earlier this month. That was his first start since March 2016 and he should come on for the run 12. MARVELLOSO - Seventh of eight finishers behind Sir Gallo in a claiming hurdle at Compiegne this month. Won a couple of hurdle races earlier this year but hard to recommend here 13. VANGEL DE CERISY - Well beaten third of thirteen finishers here behind Sun Zephir in a handicap hurdle earlier this month. Has not won over hurdles

4 since November 2014 but is well handicapped 14. MAYBERRY - Fourth of eight finishers behind Dreamabad in a claiming chase at Compiegne this month. Was raised 3 Kg for winning a handicap hurdle here early last month and a hard ask today 15. SHAYANDI - Unplaced in a Class E handicap on the flat at Saint-Cloud thirteen days ago. Fourth here behind Sun Zephir in a handicap hurdle before that 16. BALINAS D'AIRY - Well beaten second of seven finishers behind Top Fun in a hurdle race at Strasbourg earlier this month. Still a maiden after seven career starts and others preferred here today 17. BONFOU D'AIRY - Second of five finishers behind Soft Dancer in a chase at Strasbourg earlier this month. Unplaced in a handicap hurdle here last month and needs to improve (13) VANGEL DE CERISY has not won over hurdles for three years but has been placed here in his last two starts. He has been sliding down the handicap and gets a tentative vote off this mark. (2) DYLAINE has been in good form and ran a good race when fourth in a similar event here recently and cannot be ruled out. (6) VICKING MAKER and (8) VIC ROYAL are two more for consideration. 5 Race 3 1. KLASSICAL DREAM - Fourth behind Master Dino here in a Group One hurdle earlier this month and must be respected 2. EDGEOY - Runner up on his debut at Le Touquet and a winner at Compiegne last time out. Needs to improve again here 3. HONNEUR DES OBEAUX - Got off the mark with a hard fought win here earlier this month. Tougher test today 4. NIL DREAM - Fifth behind Master Dino here in a Group One hurdle earlier this month and not ruled out 5. ENI LIGHT - Impressive seven length winner from Good Lucky at Compiegne this month. One for the short list 6. MARLONNE - Well behind a couple of these here in a Group One hurdle earlier this month 7. EL ATILLO - A close third behind Honneur Des Obeaux here earlier this month. More required today 8. NEWS AT TEN - Well beaten in both career starts here to date and hard to recommend today (5) ENI LIGHT showed a big improvement from his debut when running out a comfortable winner from Good Lucky at Compiegne this month. The runner up has since won a Listed race here. He gets the vote ahead of (1) KLASSICAL DREAM and (4) NIL DREAM who were fourth and fifth in a Group One hurdle here last time out. 6 Race 4 1. JUBILATOIRE - Second to Roxinela in a Listed hurdle here earlier this month and a leading player today 2. MONDIEU - Fell in a claiming hurdle here last month and hard to recommend today 3. DAUTEUIL PRECIEUX - Fourth to Peace Of Burg at Compiegne this month and first start at Auteuil today 4. BUCK'S BANKABLE - Comfortable five length winner at Fontainebleau this month and respected here today 5. REGAXOS - Going for three in a row after winning at Argentan and Nantes. Tougher test today 6. FUTBOLISTO - Decent effort when fourth to Darasso in a Listed handicap hurdle here this month 7. DEAL BAIE - Easy winner of a claiming hurdle here eight days ago but this is a step up in class 8. LE MANS - Just one win from fifteen career starts but is on a fair mark here 9. DANSE DU LARGE - Won a chase at Meslay-Du-Maine recently but up against it in this company today 10. PASSIONNANTAISE - Although she gives weight all around today a repeat of the performance that saw (1) JUBILATOIRE finish second to Roxinela in a Listed hurdle here earlier this month should be good enough. (6) FUTBOLISTO was a creditable fourth in a Listed handicap here this month and must be respected. (4) BUCK'S BANKABLE and (5) REGAXOS can make the frame. 7 Race 5 1. MARTINSTAR - Pulled up in three of his last four starts but is dropped in class here today 2. VENT D'ALLIER - Second to Lamigo in a claiming chase here last time out and can be in the mix today 3. THE READER - Second to Dreamabad in a claiming chase at Compiegne last time out and not ruled out 4. SOFT DANCER - Won a handicap chase at Strasbourg this month but might find a few too good here 5. SALAM BOMBAY - Has won two flat races and a handicap hurdle this year and interesting here today 6. DON PADRE - Won a Cross Country race at Corlay in July but hard to recommend here 7. LA MADELEINE - Runner up in a claiming chase at Fontainebleau ten days ago. Has not won since December OSSO BELLO - Sixth to Lamigo in a claiming chase here last time out. More required today 9. MENTHE POIVREE - Just one win from forty career starts and unlikely to feature here today A very weak claimer for a calibre of this course and it can surely swing the way of (2) VENT D'ALLIER who might even be valueatshort odds. The form of the eight year old gelding looks well in advance of the main danger (3) THE READER who in turn should be more than good enough to comfortably see off both (1) MARTINSTAR and (5) SALAM BOMBAY. 8 Race 6 1. SUCAILLE - Won very well here last time out and must have a serious shout 2. EDENIUM - Dual winner from seven runs and is entitled to respect again 3. A MAGIC MAN - Two time winner from thirteen but probably an outsider here today 4. EL RIO GRANDE - Is zero from eighteen and has very little prospects once more 5. MAGICMAN - Broke the ice in a claimer here two starts back and anything but disgraced in a Listed last time 6. ELU ESQUA - Nothing in his two runs to date and has hardly any hope at all 7. LATE NEWS - Just the one place in five outings and impossible to fancy 8. ONE SWEET - Placed in six of his thirteen runs but is another that must do better 9. CHACHOUN - Nothing in his three runs and surely has zero chance of success 10. SHAKO DE LA ROCHE - Placed in two of his five runs and could be hitting the board 11. THE RECKONING - One success in a very busy campaign but looks one for the frame at any rate 12. MY SECRET - Remains a maiden after sixteen and cannot be fancied in any way Two horses in this weak claiming have almost identical names so punters beware as one is the selection and the other has it all to do. (5) MAGICMAN is chosen and with a fair degree of confidence based on an excellent effort in a Listed contest at this venue last time. He can easily see off (1) SUCAILLE and (2) EDENIUM with (11) THE RECKONING to fill the frame. (5) MAGICMAN - (1) SUCAILLE - (2) EDENIUM - (11) THE RECKONING

9 Race 7 1. JANIKA - Placed in five of his six runs and has a mighty chance in this on all form 2. BALLING ROI - Just the one win from thirteen and will surely struggle here 3. STEEPLE FLAG - Placed in two of five runs but failed to make it home last time 4. MISS FLICKA - One success in nine but has threatened other times and a player 5. GREAT GIRL - One win from thirteen but has a miserable record now and overlooked 6. J'AI OUBLIE NICO - Off the mark last time on sixth start which was at Fontainebleau so must be looked at 7. DARLING COLLONGES - Still a maiden after nine but could reach a place perhaps at a price 8. TICKET HOLDER - One win from eight runs but will still find it tough to get close 9. DISCRETION - Has placed in four of her ten runs and that is best hope today It is difficult to believe that (1) JANIKA is still a maiden after six really good runs but that is the case. However, he can surely rectify that particular stat today following another really good effort last time. His form towers over (6) J'AI OUBLIE NICO and (4) MISS FLICKA who do look good for the next two places though. (7) DARLING COLLONGES in turn looks best of the others. (1) JANIKA - (6) J'AI OUBLIE NICO - (4) MISS FLICKA - (7) DARLING COLLONGES

DIRKY EVER - Won three on the trot before being sanctioned as many times. Could make a big impact if behaved though 2. DOCSPEL SEVEN - Has ability but very hard to handle. Disappointing of late and can be ruled out 3. DUC DE PIENCOURT - Good consistent trotter that was never at his ease here ten days ago but with application should not be too far off the mark 4. DOW JONES EMGE - Has ability but is prone to stride problems and not easy to trust 5. DIVIN MERITE - Completely out of the picture in all four starts this year. Hind shoes off for his comeback but still not a realistic proposition 6. DORLANDO - Colt with bags of talent but plagued by stride problems. First start for over three months and will not be given a tough race 7. DJIBOUTIEN - Has taken well to the ridden discipline. Sanctioned last time but still caught the eye and if applied can make the frame 8. DORLIC DU PALAIS - Not the most reliable but has shown another side since switching codes. Pleasant third over course and distance earlier in the month and will have his supporters 9. DARCY DE TOUCHYVON - Serious sort in this branch of the business. Opened his account in style last week and should again figure prominently 10. DAGUET DU RIB - Tricky sort but appears to be getting back on track. Surprisingly below-par here ten days ago but if in form should make amends 11. DARK TURQUET - Moderate sort that finished a well-beaten fourth over track and trip earlier in the month. Subsequently disappointing over the short course and can be passed over 12. DIABOLO DE JOUDES - Still a maiden from 43 and no realistic chance of changing his status

11 After a solid comeback under harness (9) DARCY DE TOUCHYVON made no bones about achieving the first objective of his winter campaign and should be able to double his money. He may however feel some pressure from (10) DAGUET DU RIB who has swung back into form recently. Despite the sanction (7) DJIBOUTIEN's recent Argentan performance did not go unnoticed and if behaved should be able to go close here. (1) DIRKY EVER can prove something of a quirky character but with stride maintained has the talent to play a prominent role. (9) DARCY DE TOUCHYVON - (10) DAGUET DU RIB - (7) DJIBOUTIEN - (1) DIRKY EVER

12 Race 2 1. FELIX DU BOURG - Has tried his hand at all levels but has never finished closer than fourth. Drops back in class and from the inside line can play a small role 2. FIPSIE DE GUEZ - Has demonstrated very good aptitude for the game.and surprising to see her in this line-up. Well-placed in front and should return to winning ways 3. FELINO DE BRY - Kicked her career off with two good performances but found wanting in last two. Has a good spot behind the car here and worth noting 4. FILIPPI - Respectable so far in the provinces. Has a good driver in charge for his Vincennes debut and every chance of finishing in the frame 5. FURIOSO DREAM - Has looked a very modest individual to date and even at this level has no realistic chance 6. FIER DES CHARRONS - Made a respectable claiming debut mid-september but has looked very ordinary since and will struggle to leave his mark 7. FIRST LUCERNAISE - Has not found the going easy since her second public appearance. Has been entrusted to Nivard for the second time and in this modest bunch looks a respectable place chance 8. FELINE - Pleased on debut last month before being thrashed at Saint-Galmier next time. On the front line here but others still preferred 9. FUN DE BELLANDE - Placed just once from four. Well-beaten in a Class F earlier this month and the wide draw does nothing to aid his plight 10. FOREMAN - Finished last of five behind Felix Du Cherisay on debut recently and will have nothing to give 11. FIVIE BAROSSO - Last of four on debut early last month. Has had time to freshen up and form can only go in one direction 12. FELIX DU CHERISAY - Has failed to finish closer than fourth in five racecourse appearances. Backs up four days after a poor effort at Agen and not a realistic proposition 13. FORMIDABLE JUSTICE - Has just once shown any potential but last of eight in a similar event at Parilly last time and offers no hope 14. FAMILY CATH - Delicate filly that has shown no aptitude for the game and can be written off 15. FUSEE MAJURO - Modest individual but showed more at Amiens in spite of the fault and should not be entirely friendless 16. FABULEUSE ADEMA - A complete write-off since her first steps on the track and no chance of troubling the judge

13 A particularly poor event this with just one horse standing out. Jean-Michel Bazire will be represented by the decent (2) FIPSIE DE GUEZ who looks a class above the opposition and should logically impose. (4) FILIPPI has demonstrated respectable aptitude for the game and is ideally-placed behind the car to give this a good go. (7) FIRST LUCERNAISE should show improvement with the help of Franck Nivard. (11) FIVIE BAROSSO makes the long trip with a reasonable chance of picking up a cheque. (3) FELINO DE BRY can also play a small part. (2) FIPSIE DE GUEZ - (4) FILIPPI - (7) FIRST LUCERNAISE - (11) FIVIE BAROSSO - (3) FELINO DE BRY

14 Race 3 1. ERIA FORLIFE - Modest individual that has no place in this line up and can be disregarded 2. EXCELSIOR - Exceptional since embarking on his new career. Lebourgeois has maintained faith following a good third over course and distance last week. Place chance 3. ECRIN PERCERIE - Came good during the summer. Missed out by little to Elladora De Forgan last time and should again figure prominently 4. EVERLY - Hard to fault when applied. Solid second in the race of reference and on similar form can again finish in the money 5. ESPOIR D'ELPHIGNY - Dynamic in all but one of his ridden starts. Winner of his last two and although facing a stiffer test on the outer course must still be respected 6. EUREKA VRIE - Has taken particularly well to his new vocation. Good third to Elladora De Forgan in the G.II Prix Louis Tillaye last time and should again make his presence felt 7. ECLAT DE VERRE - Regularly gives a good account of himself but could finish no closer than fourth to Elladora De Forgan last time and must raise his game 8. EMILIUS DE PLAY - Sanctioned as often as not but well-regarded all the same. Has failed to finish his last three but still not to be overlooked 9. ELLADORA DE FORGAN - Delicate filly but has considerable class. Won a Class A over course and distance on comeback before missing out by little to Evidence Roc in a G.II mid-month and should logically play a leading role here (3) ECRIN PERCERIE acquitted himself particularly well on his debut over course and distance earlier in the month when third to (9) ELLADORA DE FORGAN. The latter since went on to finish second to Evidence Roc in the G.II Prix Louis Tillaye and there is little to separate them here. (6) EUREKA VRIE was a valiant third in the G.II that day and considering his record in the ridden code should be able to put in another solid performance. (4) EVERLY has been solid under the saddle of late and looks the best of the rest. (3) ECRIN PERCERIE - (9) ELLADORA DE FORGAN - (6) EUREKA VRIE - (4) EVERLY

16 Race 4 1. EDEN DU QUENNE - Not entirely at his ease since returning this term. Caught the eye though three weeks ago despite the sanction and will have his supporters 2. ELFE GEDE - Has demonstrated good consistency over past two months. Solid in last two over the distance on the short course and should be good enough to finish in the mix 3. ELTON MESLOIS - Sanctioned more often than not but regularly acquits himself well when applied. Never at his ease here last week and very hard to back 4. EARLY MARCH - Got back in the game when second over longer at Argentan earlier in the month but unlikely to shake things up on this occasion 5. EQUIDO - Well-backed at Laval last time but failed to make any impact and no more than a minor place chance here 6. EMBRUN DE MAI - Colt with talent but frequently subject of the stewards' scrutiny and despite the good entry not easy to back 7. EMOKO MADRIK - Good sort that won here on penultimate start. Lost third in the stewards room next time but with application can impose this time 8. ELIOTTNELL ONE - Hardy trotter but has raced just once since January and is sure to need the run 9. EL GRECO BELLO - Useful trotter that belied his recent price at Laval. Drops back in class and well-placed in front and should acquit himself competitively 10. ENVOL D'HAUFOR - Runner-up in last three and latterly beat his personal best at Cabourg. Comes here fresh and one to note 11. EDEL DE VANDEL - Has never shown much liking for Vincennes. Reassured in a similar event at Enghien last month but still not an obvious choice 12. EPILOBE DE BAILLY - Modest individual that has done nothing noteworthy for some time and can be ruled out 13. EANDEL SMILING - Has demonstrated better consistency in recent months but will need to improve on recent sixth over longer on the outer track 14. EUCALYPTUS DU MONT - Undeniably capable but disqualified in last two. Can play a small role if he can adapt to the Vincennes surface 15. EXOKY - Not once out of the first three so far. A place behind Elfe Gede here two weeks ago and should not be far off the mark

17 Something of an open contest this however Franck Leblanc may have the key. (2) ELFE GEDE won over the short course smartly last month before losing third in the stewards' room there weeks ago and with application this time may well prove the horse to beat. Stablemate (2) ELFE GEDE is serious colt with a better draw and is hard to fault over the distance. (15) EXOKY finished a place behind him last time and can make a big impact if he can overcome the second-line draw. (9) EL GRECO BELLO returns to Vincennes off a promising performance in a better lot at Laval and will have his part to play. (7) EMOKO MADRIK - (2) ELFE GEDE - (15) EXOKY - (9) EL GRECO BELLO - (5) EQUIDO

18 Race 5 1. ECLIPSE LUCERNAISE - Lost her way at the end of the summer. Did not have the best of trips on comeback last weekend but still not an obvious choice 2. ERIKA DREAM - Beginning to come good again following a lean spell. Has pleased just once from three on the outer course though and not a priority 3. ESTANCIA LOVE - Won on Vincennes debut late last month. Was full of running when sanctioned in the race of reference and with application can get a look in 4. ELITE DE JIEL - Classy individual that comes here on a hat-trick. Won a Class A with ease last time and looks a serious player once again 5. EVERGLADES - Pleased at this level earlier in the year but needs to improve on her recent fourth to Elite De Jiel 6. ESPELLA VEDAQUAISE - Seen more often than not under the saddle these days but Allaire's preferred pilot in charge here and must not be underestimated 7. ELUSIVE FEELING - Complicated but talented sort that finished a good second to Effigie Madrik on comeback recently and if applied can exact revenge this time 8. ETERNELLE DELO - Erratic but not without merit. Flopped in a G.II early November and even at this level will have her work cut out 9. EVOLUTION - Fine filly whose class mirrors the stable from which she hails. Unraced for four months though and others preferred this time 10. EFFIGIE MADRIK - Quality trotter that seldom disappoints. Beat a number of others here in a Class B over course and distance mid-month and could yet double her money 11. ECUME DES LOUANGES - Blows hot and cold but not without merit. Appears to be back on track and her recent second to Elite De Jiel augurs well for her chances After faulting at the start here earlier in the month (7) ELUSIVE FEELING pulled off quite a feat to finish second to the classy (10) EFFIGIE MADRIK and could turn the tables if she can get off on the right foot this time. (4) ELITE DE JIEL won her only start at the venue and returns to Paris on a hat-trick but looks more a place chance on this occasion. The productive (3) ESTANCIA LOVE would have finished in the money behind the favourites here last time had she not broken stride however on good behaviour should make amends.

20 Race 6 1. DIGITALE PRIOR - Won with ease on Vincennes debut earlier in the month to complement her Saumur success. Unlikely to achieve the hat-trick but a major player all the same 2. DONOSTIA DE LOU - Twice finished in the frame over course and distance during the summer but will need to improve on her recent fifth to Danae De Corbery 3. DYNASTIE D'ENFER - Highly consistent filly making her first appearance at Vincennes and must be respected 4. DATCHA - Delicate but otherwise acquits herself well. Impressed in a Class A early November and with Monclin at the helm can be assured a competitive drive 5. DAELIA DE VANDEL - Acquits herself well for the most part. Not the luckiest behind Dazzle Jet her a month ago but with a better trip should give this a good go 6. DOTKA DE LOIRON - Won over track and trip earlier in the year. Placed twice from three since comeback and should be good enough to get a look in 7. DULCINEE DU DOLLAR - Dependability not her strong suit but is confirmed over course and distance. Races barefoot for the occasion which could prove key to her redemption 8. DESTINEE JABA - Took little time to get back down to business. Won with authority over the short course eleven days ago and looks eminently capable of repeating 9. DAZZLE JET - Back on track following a pair of blips. Good third over the short course last time and can expect to garner considerable support 10. DANAE DE CORBERY - Good consistent campaigner that beat a number of others here earlier in the month and on similar form can make her presence felt 11. DIVINE D'ECROVILLE - Has never made any impact under harness at Vincennes. Was not disgraced at Mauquenchy eight days ago but still not an obvious choice 12. DAME DU RIL - Getting back in the game following a rough re-entry. Sixth in the race of reference but still has more to find 13. DYNAMITE DU SAPTEL - Has finished in the frame just once from eleven this year. Drops back in class but still appears to be facing a stiff test 14. DEESSE DU RELAIS - Handy filly that has not raced under harness for some time. Has other objectives and no danger 15. DRAGA MESLOISE - Not the most reliable of trotters and recent efforts do nothing to inspire confidence

21 16. DIVINE EMERAUDE - Has never produced the goods over 2700m at Vincennes. Solid in last two though and could pleasantly surprise 17. DOYALE FOR D'AM - Useful type in both codes and solid last time over course and distance. Is fully fit by now and after changing handlers has Raffin at the helm and looks competitively well in 18. DAISY PAULOIS - Nice filly with a good record at Vincennes. First time on the outer course but after a positive comeback is unshod behind for the occasion and must be afforded respect The talented (8) DESTINEE JABA flew up over the short course here eleven days ago and with front shoes on for the first time can make it two on the trot. CARTE SECRETE - Useful trotter but has shown the limits of her capacity at this level and can be passed over 5. CYBELE JHEQ - Regularly in the thick of things but has placed just once from six at the venue and not a priority 6. CLAIRETTE DE BEAUM - Decent type that has shown more in recent months. Can prove tricky but worth considering a minor place chance 7. CALINE D'ARGENT - Went into her break on a good note but has not been seen out for three months. Hind shoes off though and not to be underestimated 8. CONTREE D'ERABLE - Can prove a handful but left a good impression over course and distance three weeks ago and should be able to finish in the mix once again 9. CANINE JONES - Good dual-purpose sort that seldom disappoints. Goes barefoot for her return under harness and looks a serious prospect 10. CHAMARA DE GUEZ - Tends to give a good account when unshod. No slouch on the outer course and should generate significant interest 11. CROMA DU GUIBEL - Not the most productive of horses but encouraged here a fortnight ago. Barefoot this time and worth a second look 12. CATHY DU VIVIER - Delicate but is confirmed under these conditions. Would have finished second here on comeback had she not faulted. Can play a major role if she can keep her stride in check 13. COMEDY JET - Has struggled with stride issues this year. Recently returned from a spell and unlikely to shake things up 14. CABALERA - Complicated type and better going right-handed but presently in good condition and backs up with legitimate ambition 15. COCOTTE CAFE - Has placed just twice from 15 at Vincennes and although having reassured at Argentan recently is still not easy to back 16. CADENCE DEL FRETTA - Regularly gives everything she has. Was not disgraced over the short course two weeks ago and will have her supporters 17. CRESCENDIS - Useful mare with a decent record at the venue but has just

Unraced for three months but is barefoot for return and must be respected Although delicate (12) CATHY DU VIVIER has talent in spades - she would have finished close last time except for the fault and with application could well win this. The main danger appears to come from the Bazire-trained (10) CHAMARA DE GUEZ who has been prepared for this event, and the in-form dual-purpose mare (9) CANINE JONES who is very hard to fault at present. (8) CONTREE D'ERABLE has returned to her best and after a fine performance here three weeks ago steps back up in class and should not be far from the action. VAISSEAU - Not the most productive of horses. Has never been seen out at this level and appears to be facing a stiff test 3. CANDOR HALL - Fine Swedish import that has taken well to his new vocation. Was sanctioned early here two weeks ago but with stride in check could pleasantly surprise 4. VOLCAN DE BELLANDE - Moderate trotter that did not disgrace himself behind Veloce Du Banney a fortnight ago but still has more to find 5. VRAI VOYOU - Very disappointing since the summer and in current form is unlikely to influence the result 6. VAQUERO DU MONT - Gives a good account for the most part but well beaten in last two. Reunited with Barrier though and the change in shoeing could prove key to his rehabilitation 7. VALSE DE REVE - Moderate sort that has not won at group level since February. Fully shod for her first start back and will have nothing to offer 8. ALPHA SALTOR - One of the best older horses in this branch of the business. Exceptional over course and distance and will take some beating 9. ATHENA DE VANDEL - Consistently gives her best. Was not disgraced behind Veloce Du Banney in the Prix Reynolds earlier in the month and should be able to go closer this time 10. UDAYAMA - Erratic but no slouch in the discipline. Is better over shorter though and unlikely to shake things up on just her second start back 11. VELOCE DU BANNEY - Got straight back into the game following the break. Solid third in a G.III here two weeks ago and should again be good enough to finish close 12. TORNADO BELLO - Has not once finished out of the frame in nine ridden starts. Came in a place behind Veloce Du Banney in the Prix Reynolds but the extra 25m does nothing to improve his chances Only once out of the frame all year in the ridden code (8) ALPHA SALTOR is a solid point of reference over course and distance. He is unlikely to have it all his own way though considering how well (11) VELOCE DU BANNEY has returned to competition following his four-months' break. Needs to show vast improvement 9. DOM TOMMY - Won two handicaps on turf last spring but has done nothing of note since then 10. NIGHT WHISPER - Won a handicap in Switzerland last April.
