ABY SAINT ANDRE - Has demonstrated very good consistency since late summer. Makes Vincennes debut but a first-five chance if he can adapt to the conditions 2. AUSTIN DANCER - Has a very good record at Vincennes but first start on the outer course and a minor place chance at best 3. VINCENZO AUGENAIES - Serious trotter that twice confirmed in the professional ranks of late and looks eminently capable of imposing 4. ACCENT - Pleased in his last two in the amateur division and although making Vincennes debut must still be worth a small consideration 5. AURORE ECLATANTE - Last seen in the frame in September 2015 and can

2 expect to remain friendless 6. VALDEZ - On solid form for the past four months. Scored smartly at Graignes three weeks ago and should again play a leading role 7. AZAN D'AZIF - Has found the going tough of late but incurs no penalty and should not be far off the mark this time 8. VENT DU CIEL - Has shown more of late under the saddle and is unlikely to generate much interest 9. ANGE GARDIEN JUAN - Has had nothing to show for his efforts for some time and can be written off 10. VINGT DEUX JUILLET - Useful for the most part in this category. Goes barefoot this time and will have his supporters 11. VINCI D'EM - Has made little impact on the track since April and will again have nothing to offer 12. AZUR DAIRPET - Consistent sort that has nothing to prove at this level. Has a good turn of foot which can serve him well here 13. USHER DE PIENCOURT - Gives a good account for the most part at Vincennes but stays shod this time and can be ruled out 14. ULINE DES LINANS - Respectable but has not been at her most productive lately and others preferred Summary Barring the odd blip (3) VINCENZO AUGENAIES has put in some very good efforts of late and drops back in class with every chance of bringing home the bacon. (12) AZUR DAIRPET has also been particularly solid lately and looks the principal opposition. (6) VALDEZ has nothing to prove at this level of competition and the recent Graignes success augurs well for his chances. (7) AZAN D'AZIF is not an obvious choice on paper but he is no slouch in the amateur division and could get a look in. 3 Race 2 1. ESPOIR ANVALOU - Has never shown any particular aptitude for harness racing and can be confidently ruled out 2. EZIO JOSSELYN - Tends to give a respectable account at Vincennes but after being trounced in the race of reference will appeal to few 3. ENINO DU POMMEREUX - Produced the best result of his career last month winning a G.III however the step up to G.II could prove a step too far 4. ECHO DE LARRE - Regularly in the thick of things but at this level will have his work cut out 5. EDEN BASQUE - Talented sort that has never raced in this class but has considerable class and should be able to make the frame 6. EXPRESS JET - Improving sort that left a good impression in the G.II Prix Abel Bassigny two weeks ago on first start at this level and should give another competitive account 7. EURO DU CHENE - Well-regarded sort but can prove a handful. Out of luck at San Siro earlier in the month but if applied can get a look in 8. EASY DES RACQUES - Third to Ecu Pierji in the G.I Prix de l'etoile but came a cropper in the Bassigny. If behaved should finish in the first five 9. EROS DU CHENE - Fine campaigner that is regularly at the receiving end of Eridan and Ecu Pierji but regularly acquits himself well and should again finish in the money 10. ECU PIERJI - Highly consistent G.I winning colt. Has beaten most others here and in the absence of Eridan should return to winning ways Summary (10) ECU PIERJI is currently the second-best colt of his generation and in the absence of stablemate Eridan he should have this in the bag. His closest rival on this occasion could well prove to be (6) EXPRESS JET who put on quite a show to finish a place behind him in the G.II Prix Abel Bassigny over shorter here two weeks ago. The regular (9) EROS DU CHENE trotted in a respectable but beaten fourth that day and should again get a look in, but will first have to see off the Guarato-trained (5) EDEN BASQUE who looks a very progressive colt. 5 Race 3 1. BANDOLINE - Capable but plagued by stride problems recently and will not be easy to trust 2. BANDIT - Very hard to knock in the amateur division and after two solid scores in the category is not incapable of picking up a third 3. VENISE THEVALLES - In good shape of late when barefoot but up against better this time and must raise her game 4. VADELLE SHEBA - Not easy to fault in this division but will still need to improve on recent Amiens flop 5. VAFLOSA BELLA - Reliability not her strong suit but reassured at La Rochelle two weeks ago and will generate some interest 6. VANIKOVA - Consistently acquits herself well in the amateur category. Unshod all four this time and should make amends for her Lyon blip 7. ATHLETIC SPORT - Appears to be back in the game after a brace of clinkers. Finished second at Graignes three weeks ago and will be one to note 8. BOTS DUB'S - As solid as a rock in recent months. Won nicely at Saint- Galmier in the professional ranks late October and could well pick up the fourtimer 9. AVENIR DE DAIDOU - Exceptionally consistent since returning to racing barefoot. Same formula here and can be guaranteed significant support 10. UN GAMIN DANOVER - Finished a place behind Avenir De Daidou at Mauquenchy last time but will need to improve on his last two flops at Vincennes 11. VIEUX LILLE - Went into his spell on a low note and not expected to play any role after a 3.5 months' break 12. VIGANO JET - Has been on a good run for past three months. Is barefoot for the occasion and should be good enough to finish in the money 13. ARTISTE DU BOURG - Capable trotter that has form at this level. Drops back down the class ladder following some below-par efforts and could yet make the first five 14. BAMAKO DE LA GAZO - Useful type but has struggled with form in recent months and can be ruled out Summary (8) BOTS DUB'S imposed with ease in a professional event at Saint-Galmier last month and although shod this time is not incapable of making it four on the trot. That said, (2) BANDIT won his last two comfortably and also appears in with a

6 realistically good shout. (9) AVENIR DE DAIDOU has finished out of the frame just once in last nine racecourse appearances and will also have a good hand to play. The in-form (12) VIGANO JET races unshod all four this time and while not a candidate for success can still trot into the money. 7 Race 4 1. EMARA DU GOUTIER - Useful at a lower level but thrashed in the race of reference and no realistic chance 2. EVERLY - Considerably better filly in the other code and not a serious proposition 3. ESTELADA DE FONT - Occasionally tricky but otherwise very productive. First start in this class and a minor place chance at best 4. ELSA DU POMMEREUX - Useful but has never produced the goods at this distance and will have nothing to offer 5. ELECTRA JET - Delicate but has significant talent. Sanctioned when full of running last time and with application should finish in the frame 6. EXOTIC DESTINATION - Has ample ability but can prove temperamental. Should not be too hastily judged for recent sanction and is eminently capable of bouncing back 7. ESTOLA - Has demonstrated good improvement in recent months. Third to Erminig D'Oliverie earlier in the month although unlikely to repeat 8. ELEGANTISSIME - Back at the top of her game following a brief lean spell. Finished second in the Reine Du Corta and again looks a respectable first-three chance 9. EPICE TURGOT - Has looked very ordinary since returning to competition this season and can be ruled out 10. ERE NOUVELLE - Failed to make any impact in last two but finished runnerup to the favourite last time over the distance and should not be overlooked 11. ELITE DU RUEL - Has previously beaten the favourite but has been off for the past two months and others preferred 12. ELISIONE MAG - Consistent filly that trotted fourth in the race of reference and is expected to give another respectable account 13. ERMINIG D'OLIVERIE - The leading filly of her generation. Seldom bettered by the same sex and after an authoritative G.II Prix Reine du Corta success two weeks ago is unlikely to be beaten here Summary Without doubt (13) ERMINIG D'OLIVERIE is the best three year-old filly in the country and after her performance in the Prix Reine Du Corta earlier in the month it will take something exceptional to beat her. Principal opposition can be expected to take the form of the talented (5) ELECTRA JET who fell prey to stride problems last time, and the reinvigorated (8) ELEGANTISSIME who finished

8 runner-up on that occasion. There will also be some support for the consistent (12) ELISIONE MAG who always tries her heart out. Selections (13) ERMINIG D'OLIVERIE - (5) ELECTRA JET - (8) ELEGANTISSIME - (12) ELISIONE MAG

9 Race 5 1. BEL AVIS - Delicate but very hard to knock when barefoot. Has pulled off two group successes since the summer and from the inside line can impose again 2. BEAUTE DE BAILLY - Sprang something of a surprise when winning a Class A over the short course here last month and from the 2-spot must be respected 3. VIF D'OR DU POLI - Has endured a shocking run for some time and can be confidently ruled out 4. VENEZIA DE MAI - Undeniably capable but completely out of the picture in last eight and must reaffirm 5. VALSE MIKA - Has ability but regularly shows a lack of discipline and will not be easy to trust 6. VOELAND - Has made the frame just once in his last ten outings and unlikely to trouble the judge 7. ARTHURO BOY - Regularly acquits himself respectably but has little room for manoeuvre these days. That said he starts in front and will have his supporters 8. DIADORA B.R. - Well-regarded mare that drops back in class after a fine effort in the Grand Prix du Sud-Ouest and should again make her presence felt 9. BLUES D'OURVILLE - Good class of trotter but not the most dependable. Pleased in second comeback run and with shoes off for the occasion can play a leading role despite the wide draw 10. TWITTER - Seldom far from the action when racing barefoot. Currently in fine shape and although stepping up in class will give this a good shot 11. BLOOMA D'HERIPRE - Reliability not her strong suit but has ability and with application should be able to finish in the mix 12. SANNA VINT - Useful on a good day but not currently firing on all cylinders and others preferred 13. BLUE STORY - Never easy to knock when unshod. Impressive in last three and latest courageous victory here will have won over even more supporters 14. BEST DU HAUTY - Caught the eye when fourth to Blue Story earlier in the month. Since won at La Capelle and can get a look in 15. BARAKA DE BELLOU - Has hardly set a foot wrong for past two months. Tough draw but worth a small consideration all the same 16. BLACK ATOUT - Consistent for the most part and very versatile. Tough second to Blue Story over longer here early November and can still make a big impact if he can overcome the draw 17. FLEX LANE - Produced two good performances from five since leaving

10 Sweden but needs to show improvement on latest efforts Summary When applied and barefoot (1) BEL AVIS is as tough as they come and given his ability to pull out all the stops when required will give him the edge here. He can nonetheless expect to feel some pressure from the complicated but talented (9) BLUES D'OURVILLE who returns barefoot for the occasion. (13) BLUE STORY is back at the top of her game and her courageous victory over (16) BLACK ATOUT over longer here earlier in the month will stand her in good stead. The little (8) DIADORA B.R. ran her heart out at Beaumont last month and must be respected. Selections (1) BEL AVIS - (9) BLUES D'OURVILLE - (13) BLUE STORY - (16) BLACK ATOUT - (8) DIADORA B.R.

11 Race 6 1. CALY LOULOU - Pleased in both comeback starts. Has drawn the inside line but could yet make the first five 2. COMTESSE DU CHENE - Very solid when she can keep her action together. Comes here off two good wins and latterly over the distance on the inner track and from the 2-spot can play an important role 3. CATHY A QUIRA - Regularly in the thick of things. Encouraged in the GNT stage at Nantes eleven days ago and will have her supporters 4. TENTATION ANS - Consistently gives a decent account of herself. Runner-up to Comtesse Du Chene last month but more a minor place chance this time around 5. CIRRUS ATOUT - Seldom disappoints at this level of competition. Went close in a Class A here two weeks ago and is well-placed to pick up another cheque 6. TESSY D'ETE - Serious horse at this level of competition. Often runs well when fresh and could get straight back down to business 7. CEYLAN DAIRPET - Group-winning trotter but has just two races in him and with shoes on can be passed over 8. ULTRA WIND BI - Classy Italian colt that goes over any distance. Was not disgraced in Prix Marcel Laurent and in this contest looks a serious prospect 9. DELIA DU POMMEREUX - Delicate but has ample ability. Finished runner-up to Cathy A Quira late last month and despite the draw must be respected 10. TITTY JEPSON - Undeniably capable but has been struggling with stride issues. Would have finished second to Comtesse Du Chene last time has she not been disqualified and must be worth considering 11. CAPRAIO - Rarely far from the action when he can maintain stride. Left a good impression last time here although still has more to find 12. TANTALIO - Hardy Italian sort that failed to threaten in either recent start at Vincennes and can be passed over 13. TINAMO JET - In-form trotter making his Vincennes debut in very good company and unlikely to shale things up 14. VASTERBO HARD CASH - Consistently productive type that has taken well to Vincennes. Finished a good third to Ultra Wind Bi here last month but is barefoot for the first time and can narrow the margin 15. UNIVERSO D'AMORE - Colt with reliability issues and appears to have little chance here Summary

12 Something of an open race this and one might be taking a gamble by considering (6) TESSY D'ETE a top pick but she has a good spot in front and tends to perform well when fresh. (8) ULTRA WIND BI gave a respectable account in the Prix Marcel Laurent but takes a big dip in class here and could well impose. (14) VASTERBO HARD CASH may not have been gifted the best of draws but he has taken well to his temporary home and should be able to have a good crack at this. (2) COMTESSE DU CHENE has a good spot on the front line and legitimately bids for a three-timer. Selections (6) TESSY D'ETE - (8) ULTRA WIND BI - (14) VASTERBO HARD CASH - (2) COMTESSE DU CHENE

13 Race 7 1. DAY OR NIGHT IN - Scandinavian raider that recently finished a good second to Carat Williams in the G.II Prix Marcel Laurent. He is seldom seen over this distance but can stay and looks to have a respectable outside chance 2. SHADOW GAR - After finishing fourth in a G.I at Jagersro late July she subsequently went on to trot fifth to I Love Paris in the G.I European Championship at Solvalla. She is unraced for the past three months but is nonetheless one to keep an eye on 3. UZA JOSSELYN - Highly impressive mare with an enviable strike rate. She accounted for Valko Jenilat and Bird Parker at Angers in October before going on to win the G.I Gran Premio delle Nazioni at San Siro earlier this month and once again looks a serious player 4. BEST OF JETS - After having stamped his mark on the monte discipline he has since shown decent aptitude for harness racing. He is not the easiest to handle and is better over longer and others preferred on this occasion 5. CHARLY DU NOYER - A classy son of Ready Cash with ample ability to which his Criterium des 5 Ans second attests but can prove delicate at the start. If applied it will be interesting to see how he fares against his older counterparts 6. AVE AVIS - He most recently put on a good show behind Valko Jenilat in the Prix des Cevennes despite a poor trip and on similar form can play a small role 7. OLMO HOLZ - Barring one respectable performance this year he appears totally incapable of making any impact here 8. BOOSTER WINNER - Has not won a race since September 2015 and his current season has not been the most rewarding. He is better over distances around 2000m and must be regarded as an outsider 9. VALKO JENILAT - Has never been in better condition than he is in at present. He won the G.III Prix des Cevennes in good order earlier this month but will need to bring his game to the next level in order to worry the better prospects 10. BELINA JOSSELYN - Runner-up to Bold Eagle in the last Prix d Amerique she subsequently followed up with some good performances. Has just one race in her this term though and with shoes on can be passed over 11. AKIM DU CAP VERT - Although runner-up to Voltigeur De Myrt at Laval, he is unlikely to be at the same level he was during the 2015/2016 season and is not expected to play much of a role 12. VOLTIGEUR DE MYRT - After having made a winning comeback in a minor event at Laval mid-october he once again endured stride problems next time at Wolvega and it is difficult to envisage him in the mix at the finish 13. BIRD PARKER - Won four of his last five starts including the final of the European Tour and should be in suitably good condition to play an active role

14 here 14. BILLIE DE MONTFORT - Has had a particularly productive 2017 although she has failed to win a race all year. She is however a specialist over shorter trips and appears to be facing a stiff test 15. BOLD EAGLE - Beaten by Aubrion Du Gers in the Prix d Ete early September he makes he his first start since and is unlikely to be bettered this time around Summary (15) BOLD EAGLE has not been seen out since his defeat at the hands of Aubrion Du Gers but is sure to have been honed for his comeback and should be able to trot off with the silverware. After beating some good horses at Angers last month (3) UZA JOSSELYN has since picked up two more wins including the coveted Gran Premio delle Nazioni and looks a serious player. (13) BIRD PARKER has similarly been in excellent shape of late and after winning the European Tour will have sights firmly set on the favourite. (9) VALKO JENILAT has done everything asked of him since flopping in the Grand Prix de Paris and a repeat of his Prix d'ete performance should see him go close once again. 15 Race 8 1. ALF DE MELANDRE - Has shown no aptitude for the discipline and on current form will have few friends 2. ARMENIE DU LUPIN - Made a good comeback behind Vesuve D'Enfer earlier this month when shod. Hind shoes off this time and one to note 3. VALASCO D'IM - Has demonstrated considerable aptitude for ridden competition. Is confirmed at this level at the venue and expected to play an important role 4. AZUR DE GESVRES - Form heading in the wrong direction and recent effort under the saddle insufficient to warrant much if any support 5. VICTOIRE DE COSSE - Moderate trotter that returns to her code of preference following two return starts under harness but still looks to have her work cut out 6. VEGAS D'AMOS - In the thick of things for the most part. Third to Vesuve D'Enfer in the race of reference but remains shod and no threat 7. VIVARIO DU BELLAY - Unlucky under harness here recently but in good condition and with application should give this a good go 8. VITALINO - Has failed to recapture form following a 14-months' break and chances limited 9. ARAVIS ROC - Handy dual-purpose type that left quite the impression in a Class C here ten days ago and on similar form should again make his presence felt 10. VIF GALBE - Has not enjoyed the best of runs lately. Sanctioned on ridden debut a fortnight back and inspires little trust 11. AVENTURE MAGIC - Decent mare that regularly finishes in the mix when barefoot. Has a good record here and must be respected 12. AZUR DE CARINA - Seldom far from the action in this branch of the business. Surprisingly below par here last time but on good behaviour can finish in the money 13. VESUVE D'ENFER - As consistent as they come. Returned to the winners' enclosure at Saint-Brieuc two weeks ago and should again acquit himself competitively 14. VA VOLE DU LYS - Not the most productive of horses in either code and can be passed over 15. ATOUT DE MONTBRUN - Regularly gives good account of himself and appreciates Vincennes. Makes ridden debut with legitimate ambition 16. VIKING MADRIK - Back at his best following some poor efforts. Makes his

16 debut under the saddle with Alexandre Abrivard and can get straight off the mark 17. ATOUT DU HAINAUT - Blows hot and cold but is confirmed here. Unlikely to win but still a respectable first-five chance 18. AMIE VOLO - Moderate sort that has endured an enforced layoff and unlikely to shake things up on first start for over two years Summary After a brief lull (16) VIKING MADRIK appears to have found his way again and with Alexandre Abrivard on board for his ridden debut must be considered a leading contender. (13) VESUVE D'ENFER on the other hand is confirmed in this code and given current form looks the principal challenger. (3) VALASCO D'IM has won three of his five ridden starts this year including at the venue and should be good enough to finish in the first three. Barring his recent blip here (12) AZUR DE CARINA has been flying for the past five months and should bounce back and make amends. (15) ATOUT DE MONTBRUN has pleased for the most part recently under harness and switches code for the first time with legitimate ambition. 17 Race 9 1. DIANE D'HAUFOR - Useful sort that has two races in her since the layoff but still unlikely to leave her mark on this occasion 2. DEESSE DIGEO - Moderate filly that was well beaten on return at Laval nine days ago and will need to show marked improvement 3. DIANE DES LOYAUX - Won four of the five races she has run when barefoot. Scored in style at La Rochelle two weeks ago and should again play a leading role 4. DIVA DU PONT - Handy type that scored first time barefoot but not as effective since and can be ruled out 5. DEUX ETOILES GEDE - No slouch but not the most productive either. Has nothing to show for her efforts this year and chances slim at best 6. DOLLY QUEEN - Has raced rather modestly all year and already looks outclassed 7. DAME JENILOU - Very hard to knock when she has her mind on the game. Prepped respectably at La Capelle and with front shoes off again can finish in the mix 8. DIKAYA PRIDE - Back in business following some lacklustre efforts. A place behind Dastavia De Guez here a fortnight back and should be good enough to finish in the first five here 9. DASTAVIA DE GUEZ - Stepped her game up a gear since starting to race barefoot. Good second over shorter here early November and can again challenge for a spot in the money 10. DARLING DE LA NOE - Talented but can blow hot and cold. Would have finished close here last time had she not faulted and if applied will have a small role to play 11. DIANE DU NORD - Handy sort but has been indisciplined of late and must get her house in order 12. DELZIE DE PLANY - Currently enjoying a productive run of form but faces a test going left-handed for the first time and others preferred 13. DEMOLITION BLUE - Moderate sort that has made the frame just once in last ten and can be passed over 14. DAYLIGHT - Serious filly with an enviable strike rate. Worth more than her recent result suggests and expected to bounce back with a big performance 15. DESTINEE JABA - Well-regarded sort that makes just her second start back but is unshod behind for the occasion and can add another victory to her tally 16. DARLING D'OURVILLE - Dependability not her strong suit but reassured at

18 Laval nine days ago. In this company though she will need to be at her best Summary (15) DESTINEE JABA won three from four before being sent for a well-earned break - she makes just her second start back but with hind shoes off for the first time and can expect to garner considerable support. There is however little to separate her from the improving (3) DIANE DES LOYAUX who scored a hat-trick when demolishing the opposition at La Rochelle two weeks ago. The talented (14) DAYLIGHT caught the eye at Argentan even in spite of her early fault and with application will also be in with a decent shout. (9) DASTAVIA DE GUEZ is like a horse reborn with shoes off and deserves to line up here. (10) DARLING DE LA NOE did not enjoy the best of luck here last time but her form is sure and looks a decent minor place chance. 19 Race CHILI DAIRPET - Moderate sort that has been sanctioned more often than not and can be confidently disregarded 2. CHIC DE JALK - Has made no impact on the track all year and is not about to break the mould 3. CARIOCA - Gave a solid account here on just his second start in the discipline and should have a part to play if he can keep his action together 4. COYOTE DE GUEZ - Got back in the game at Argentan following five straight sanctions but still not easy to trust 5. CHALIMAR DE GUEZ - Not the most dependable but very effective with stride in check. Has nothing to prove at this level and with application can win this 6. CIROCO D'AUVILLIER - Has been on solid form since the spring. Can prove difficult but should be good enough to get a look in here 7. COCKTAIL WINNER - Hardy sort but can prove delicate. Makes his comeback barefoot but will need the outing after a six-months' layoff 8. CHIPEUR DU RELAIS - Currently on cracking form under harness. Appreciates the speed distances and expected to make a big impact on ridden debut 9. COCO DE ROCHA - Useful trotter but not currently firing on all cylinders. Switches codes for the first time and with the help of Eric Raffin can finish in the money 10. CLASSIC DE MARZY - Little to like on his formsheet for the past four months and not a realistic proposition 11. CARAT D'HAUFOR - As consistent as they come when racing barefoot. Should be fully fit by now and looks a serious player 12. CICERON DU CEBE - Produced some very good performances earlier in the year but unraced since August and will need the run 13. CAMPO JOSSELYN - Has ability but currently off the boil. Makes first start under the saddle and looks a first-five possible 14. CIRIO - Has been pleasing for the most part in recent months but yet to convince in this code and others preferred Summary (5) CHALIMAR DE GUEZ may not be everyone's cup of tea but he seldom disappoints when he can stay in stride and should have the measure of most here. (8) CHIPEUR DU RELAIS has swung back into shape under harness and if

20 form transitions he could get straight off the mark. The consistent (11) CARAT D'HAUFOR should be race-fit by now and with shoes off this time should logically figure prominently. Eric Raffin partners (9) COCO DE ROCHA on his ridden debut and looks good enough to finish in the mix.
